This is THE MOVIE THEATER EXPERIENCE. Let me explain: I wish this existed when I was a kid. Golden Ticket is the enduring spirit of someone who got to either live through a dream or experienced a magical moment when they were young.
In case you do not get my point; this is the first time I have been to a theater since the pandemic began and I remember why I cherish this moment that I had today. If you have ever been on an airplane in economy class and had to sit elbow-to-elbow with someone bigger than you and you are fighting over arm-room where an '80's ashtray used to be - this is the opposite of that experience.
The moment I enter, I feel welcomed, I feel this plan is thoughtfully laid out, and I will be catered with entertainment beyond my wildest dreams. The building was redesigned by someone with vision. Comfort and display is utmost important. Care and customer centric. I watched Avengers: Endgame here and I will remember it for the rest of my life.
Big, comfy reclining chairs. Arm room to share with the person I am next to and enjoying the scene. 7.1 Dolby surround sound. Wheel chair accessible for multiple people and seats for their friends and family.
I went alone to the movie "Chaos Walking" and I cried because I felt like I was living in a different world than the one I am currently living in now. Even though we are getting vaccines; this place cares about their image, their employees and you. Take your family. Take your friends. You can CHOOSE YOUR SEATS and they have always allowed that but you CAN SOCIALLY DISTANCE AND THEY WILL HELP YOU DO THAT.
I am going to invest in this company. I cannot believe they are still expanding into new markets but the clear indicator is IT WORKS. This is 21st century moviegoing and I am 100% sold. My childhood experience is erased and this is the new Gold Standard.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolute joke. We get there for the 10 oāclock movie showing with my kid, their popcorn machine broke, no problem stuff happens I get it.
They have their little machine going to try to keep up. But they had an OUTSIDE order to a daycare for 42 kiddie trays. So the people who are actually at the movies canāt get popcorn. Told us we had to wait about an hour before we can get popcornā¦
Whatever, we continue and order drinks. Half of their drink options are out, another disappointment. We go into the theater and itās pitch black, all the lights including the screen are off and you canāt see anything, nothing on the floor. If there was a step or anything we would have tripped. Had to use our phone flash lights just to get to our seats as did everyone else in our theater.
Once the movie came on I could see how dirty our seats were. Absolutely disgusting.
We watch for a while and after an hour goes by the people next to us leave and come back with popcorn, so I go out with my yearly refillable popcorn bucket and he told me itās going to be another 20 minutesā¦? Wtfā¦and there was popcorn in the popcorn machine!
Iām a rewards member and pay for the extra yearly rewards and only go to this theater and usually always go to the early movies and this is the first time Iāve ever had any issues, especially to this extent. Disappointed
My kid was sick of being there and we ended up leaving before the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was very disappointed when I went to the theater for the first time. Now, keep in mind that I have been other theaters with similar features of lounge chairs and dining experience. First off, I donāt think our theater was cleaned after the last showing. When we walked in to go to our seats, one row was covered in spilled popcorn. To top it off, my seat still had a good tray on it! Covered in used napkins and uneaten food! I immediately went to the closest staff member and told them about the popcorn and tray and I felt that the theater wasnāt even cleaned. They looked at me like I had three heads! All they said to me was, āWell is the seat dirty?ā I said, āI didnāt even look at my seat because thereās food tray in my spot and I immediately left to get it cleaned.ā No one went back with me immediately to see the theater mess. I had to wait for someone to come in and clean it. I was never apologized to for the inconvenience or offered anything for the inconvenience. When the movie was over, usually thereās always someone waiting for guests to leave so the theater can be cleaned. There was no one in sight or near the theater waiting to be cleaned. Very, very disappointed in this experience and wasting $30+ to have such experience and to be treated...
