Hobby Lobby — Local services in Rapid City

i’ve loved hobby lobby until today when a friend and i were shopping for a bag that i had already purchased from the store. we found the bag for my friend and went to look at other items, workers began following us and called security to the front, they followed us the entire time we shopped and were incredibly close at the checkout line, we both payed for our items and walked out, one worker followed us out and watched from the window and then walked outside to take pictures of our car. my friend confronted them and they were very rude and said they didn’t do anything. they then said that we were acting suspicious and kept looking at them. mind you i had my bag that i had bought a couple weeks prior, they thought we were stealing and handled it very poorly, we are 2 teen girls, we were looking at them because we were confused as to why we were being followed. we will not be back as this was totally uncalled for. they could’ve looked at the cameras and saw i had it with me from the beginning instead of stressing two young girls out by...

I absolutely love going to Hobby Lobby and I don't get to go often because we live too far away. So our trip today was the 1st in 2 years. Splurged and spent a good amount of money, was happy with all we got. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because of the wheelchair that you have for your disabled customers. Its antique, same chair you have had at your stores for years. Its very unsafe to get out of and the bar under the seat hurts your behind. We actually had to go home after our visit because my husband was in pain after sitting in that chair for maybe 45 minutes. Please consider equipping your stores with electric carts. Walmart has had them for years and we can shop in comfort for a good while. They also are safe getting on and off. I think we would have been able to shop more had he been comfortable. We live 2 1/2 hrs from the store so thats probably the last trip for awhile. But on a good note, thank you Hobby Lobby for all the cool stuff to look at and purchase...

I went to hobby lobby looking for some painting supplies. I was standing near the cashier area getting ready to check out. While waiting I saw what appeared to be the manager walk up to one of the cashiers and just started ripping into her... I'm a nosey person and I was curious what was being said so I started eve's dropping. The manager was humiliating the employee for using a 40% of coupon on an item that it wasn't supposed to be used on.

Now I don't know the back story to hobby lobby coupons. But this manager was downright humiliating her own employee in front of other cashiers. Which is first off a terrible way to manage employees. Addressing issues should always be done 1 on 1.

The worst part of it was the I heard that this was all over 2 candy bars.... Reallly??? Are you telling me this manager probably ruined that cashier's day over 2 candies? Find new managers Hobby lobby you don't want to keep those type of...
