We went to Jordan’s furniture in July and were so excited to fill our new home. We picked out 3 full bedrooms, kitchen, office, and living room sets. Our sales guy followed us around eagerly excited for his big commission check. Promised to take care of us if any trouble in future. Promised to call us when our pieces were in. Most of the items were said to be in stock besides the custom couch which we ordered special fabric for. We got home and didn’t hear anything. We called and spoke to someone to schedule our delivery. Most items were said to be in stock. When the truck came, it was only the mattresses for my kid’s beds. We called again and scheduled another delivery. Only 1 bed frame and 2 side tables came. We called again and were told everything else available would come. Only my son’s bed frame and desk came. We called again and scheduled everything else. Our bed frame, couch, etc came, all except our kitchen table set. We called and now it’s November. At this point we are told that the kitchen table set that was supposed to be in stock in July through this time is not in stock and is back ordered to Jan. I let customer service know this was upsetting and they offered no solution. I called our once eager to help us sales rep and he offered no solution. I asked to exchange the table set with something similar, and he told me to look online and it had to be the same price. Not finding anything online that I could tell would be similar without seeing it in person, and living an hour away from the store, I decided to let it go. Thinking about it today and how frustrating it was to not have a kitchen table for the holidays, I called and spoke to customer service. They told me that it’s expected date is still Jan 5-Jan 26, but that could be subject to change to an even later date. I asked the rep to speak to someone who handles customer complaints and he said he could. I told him my whole story, and he didn’t offer a credit, or an exchange. He just kept talking using every business excuse in the book. When I asked for a credit or discount. He said if he gave me one now, he couldn’t offer me another one if I have further issues in the future. I ended up cancelling the table order all together. So frustrated now, and just wanted to let the public know, don’t waste your time expecting furniture to come, and don’t think this company will do anything to make...

Read more5 Stars for Jordan's Furniture – But Stay Away from ProtectALL Warranty Our overall buying and delivery experience with Jordan's Furniture was seamless, truly top-notch. The sales team was knowledgeable, helpful, and the whole process felt smooth and easy. We were sold on the ProtectALL Warranty at the time of purchase. And honestly, after reading the details, it sounded like a solid plan, so we went for it. Fast forward three years—we ended up with a rip in one of our leather sofa cushions. We went to file our first ever claim, only to be denied... twice. The reason? They claimed there was an "accumulation of soil" and pointed out what they said were stains on our brown leather sofa from the pictures we submitted. That simply isn’t true. Yes, the sofa is genuine leather, and like we were told during the purchase, it naturally changes color over time due to sunlight and regular use. We actually love the worn, tan look it’s developed. This didn’t seem like a valid reason to deny our claim and we were left with no support from ProtectALL. Frustrated, I reached out to Jordan’s directly. Their customer service was excellent, kind, empathetic, and totally understood my argument. Within 24 hours, they got back to me. While ProtectALL still refused to budge, Jordan’s offered to split the cost of fixing the rip themselves. Completely unnecessary on their part, but incredibly appreciated. Even better, when I mentioned I’d also like a reimbursement for the useless warranty, they didn’t hesitate, they refunded it without issue. That’s real customer care. In the end, I paid $100 out of pocket for the repair—thanks to Jordan’s stepping up when their third-party warranty company failed completely. Bottom line: • Jordan’s Furniture: 10/10. I live in Vermont and will only buy furniture from them moving forward. Great prices, quality pieces, and unmatched customer service. • ProtectALL Warranty: 0/10. Total scam. Don’t waste your money. Thank you, Jordan’s, for doing right by...
