She did good the first time we went in Oct. Second time we went She kept asking what we thought. Communicating what we wanted was difficult. So we just settled. Went again today and showed her a picture of what she did in October wanted that same hair cut but walked out with a high and tight which doesn't look well on someone who's not Caucasian. Get what you pay for...

If I could give this -10 stars I would. My son asked for a mid taper and she completely screwed it up and then tried to say it wouldn't look like the picture because he has "different," hair.
