I stopped into Ace Hardware while on a motorcycle trip to replace a lens on my GoPro that broke. Scott handcrafted a GoPro lens from scratch and it worked perfectly. Scott didn’t even charge me for the parts or half hour of workmanship. You won’t get that type of personal service at any other hardware store....

First off the employees were so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful that it wouldn't have mattered what the actual facility was like. But the store was large, clean, well organized, and adequately staffed. I got all the specialty items I needed for a fair price....
