Chicago Great Western Depot — Attraction in Red Wing

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. All of the staff were rude. At the end, they grumpily told me that the drinks waiting to be collected were mine (the drinks had been out for five minutes or so). When I said I didn't think so because the titles they called out weren't the ones I ordered, they realised they'd made the wrong order. There is no reason to work in hospitality if you aren't going to give good customer service!
