Absolutely amazing customer service! Excellent selection.

On a road trip home with my dog after a vet consult visit that lasted a day longer than I’d planned for. My dog is on a raw food diet. Usually I can just nip into a pet store and buy him something. But after all the manipulation and positioning for his diagnostic tests, it was very painful for him to get in and out of the car, and he was not able to walk on the non-carpeted surfaces that most stores have. In June in Redding, leaving him in the car was not an option.

I called ahead and spoke with Monty and told him my predicament. Monty helped me come up with a selection of raw food and bones that was perfect. Then when I got there, he brought the food directly to me, I never had to get out of the car, or leave my dog.

By the time we’d arrived in Redding, I was emotionally drained from a 2 day vet consult which still had no answers to help my dog with his worsening pain.

Monty was so kind and helpful, he made sure I was able to feed my dog a healthy and comfortingly familiar meal without having to put him through the agony of dragging him in and out of the car and into the store. He absolutely made my day.

And, my dog, who has high expectations for the caliber of food I feed him, was delighted with the meal!

Been a loyal costumer for the last 10 months. A few days ago, the old man (not sure if he’s one of the owners of this store) said something to me about my dog and they were poor choice of words. He said something in the lines of “your dog can’t come here anymore.” I can understand about the situation with my dog, but the old man could have said it in a more respectful way. Whether he could have warned me about my dog instead of going straight to “your dog can’t come in here anymore” as if my dog doesn’t matter to me. Again, he could have chosen a better way of talking to me; a more respectful way. Also, if given the chance, I’m aware there are many solutions I can come up with so that my dog doesn’t do the “situation” in the store anymore but I don’t ever want to come to this store anymore as he disrespected my loved-one, my dog I adore and...
