So let me give a full review. Do understand though, when I rate theaters, I'm holding them to the experience as well as the service. The cleanliness and the seating is just as important. I'm a major AMC goer and supporter. Arrival : In a mall, yet feels very out of place. The greeting quarters is just some escalators and a few electronic ticket machines. Not a theater vibe I was hoping, nor one that AMC is often known for. Snacks: The concession and bar are immediately accessible. Which is a good thing. Bathrooms: solid and fairly clean. Tons of stalls, super good. Theater screens: DINE-IN is the fancier watching experience so that's what I went for. From Alamo Draft House, to Cinemark to AMC, this needs to be on point. The screen was smaller than most, but the tables didn't interfere with viewing, so I would say it's a major plus. Seats: Comfy and no complaints with cleanliness. The reclined too after a food coma. Service: On time, like to the minute. Can't complain as I asked for two waters and the gave two complimentary Dasanis. Nice! Food: This is where it should count. They came out in to-go boxes, which is fine. Easier to clean I imagine. The Royal Bacon Brie Burger was very tasty and filled me to the brim. A little dissatisfied with the two patties needed to make on thick patty. Kind of a cheap way of making the burger, but the sweet flavor was pretty good. Loaded fries, a must. Chopped Cobb Salad, mediocre and felt store bought. Overall, it's average. I can't complain as it was what it was. 6/10 points I suppose. Cons: it just didn't feel like a movie experience. I could have done with a few things not meeting expectations, but going to a theater and feeling like I'm paying way too much for a vibe that feels like a fast food theater, isn't really that fun. I'd prefer the entrance to remind me why Im there paying top dollar. I'd say this AMC is sufficient but I'd probably never go back as it doesn't meet the moving going experience needed for what I grew up on.

My family and I have gone to this theater quite regularly and typically have a good experience! (Comfortable seats and a lot of options for movies to choose from). I had family visiting for amount of town and we went to see the movie "The Menu" on January 9th. Everything went pretty smoothly, except during previews I decided to go and use the restroom before everything got started. While I was in the restroom I could hear someone getting sick to their stomach. When I came out there was quite a mess on the floor, it was extensive enough I had to put toilet seat covers on the floor to have something to walk on to not slip in the vomit that was EVERYWHERE. Instead of going back into the movie, I informed the one person at the concessions counter (it was difficult to get his attention) that three was quite a mess in the women's restroom that really needed attention and was a fall risk. I then went and watched the movie, and afterwards had to step into the ladies room.... There had been no attempt to block off the ladies room or clean the mess. I did go ask for a manager and showed him the photo I am begrudgingly attaching that was taken at 12:44 am... It had been three hours! I had frequented this theater a lot prior to moving last year and am thankful they have a larger number of movies offered than the AMC near me and had driven out of the way to take my family here. I was definitely disappointed in the lack of response and/or miscommunication of the team members who did not address such a health risk and mess!

"John Wick 4" in the Dolby AMC theater is the best. QUOTE from Variety.. John Wick is a man of few words. No really. A report from The Wall Street Journal reveals that Keanu Reeves’ eponymous assassin says only 380 words across 103 lines of dialogue during “John Wick: Chapter 4,” which runs nearly three-hours long with its 169 minute runtime. Nearly a third of Reeves’ dialogue in the sequel consists of just one single word. As reported by Wall Street Journal: “In the first installment, clocking in at 101 minutes, Mr. Reeves said a total of 484 words. With a run time of 169 minutes, the fourth movie pushes three hours but features just 380 words by Wick. About 10% of them are featured in the movie’s trailer, which makes the hero seem almost chatty; Wick says more in that 2.5 minute clip than he does in the first 25 minutes of the movie itself.”

The concession stand cashiers last night were rude as hell to me. So I was waiting in the Premier line for concessions. The cashiers took 3 other parties from the non premier concession line. When the next cashier was available they wanted to take a party from the non premier line again. However, people from that line were hesitant to step up to the cashier line because they even thought it was the Premier lines turn to be helped. So I stepped up being the next Premier party in line. The cashier was so rude to me he said that his cashier wasn't for the Premier line that I had to go back in line. I explained that they had already taken three parties from the non-premier line and he said only one cashier out of four cashiers was for the Premier line. I explained that I PAY for a monthly service and that I should be helped PRIORITY as a PREMIER member. He refused to help me and then the person in back of me in the Premier line looked upset as well. I was asking the other Premier line member what is the point of having two lines; one for premier members and non premier members? She explained and agreed premier members should go first. I would have understood if a party from the Premier line had just went but the cashiers took three parties and ignored the Premier line, and there were people in line behind me. In addition, the premier line was starting to pile up because the cashiers kept ignoring helping the PAYING Premier members. The cashier said out of the four cashiers only one cashier was for Premier member transactions. After the rude cashier sent me back in line the Premier member line starting piling up. People in the Premier line were starting to get upset and wondering why they weren't helping them in line either. That makes no sense to only have one cashier for the premier line when the line was long as the non premier line and getting longer because of the incompetency and inefficiency of the cashier workers. Finally I got helped by the Premier line cashier and he was as rude as much as the first cashier. He failed to input my number correctly and I didn't get points for my concession visit. Some not all of the concession workers that I've seen work there think they have this superiority complex and they have issues!! The cashier who rejected me was extremely rude to me acting like he was too good to help me and should be FIRED!! The manager of the concession on main openings like that of Deadpool and Wolverine should be reevaluated because there is a big lack of common sense and courtesy in their cashier dealings. I have been a Premier Member for two years and deserve to be valued as a paying customer! I am also in Sag/Aftra for almost 20 years now and I frequent the movies as it is apart of my job. This AMC Galleria really needs to evaluated with their cashier dealings and to welcome a positive environment and not a hater environment like the...

I’ve been to this theater many times and because of this I was hesitant to go back but I gave it another try thinking that my past experience was just a bad luck situation. We were there to watch widows and perhaps 20 minutes into the movie, a family of possibly 6 maybe more, walk in, obviously without tickets for this movie, so the woman /mother or leader of the group, starts looking for empty seating and she found some but, she wasn’t happy with these seats and waited to see if she could find better seating because the matriarch of the family, just didn’t seem to be happy with the seats. So she kept walking around and around, all this while the movie was running, and with her phone on, distracting all of us who actually pay to see movies. Well, finally she decided to wait for some seats that didn’t sell and that were just in front of ours. She sits her offspring there but the seating wasn’t enough for all of them and she sat on the separating wall that separates the rows, with her phone on, talking and still trying to figure out how she was gonna sit together with the rest. Well, turns out she couldn’t so, she decides to sit at the other end of the same row, right next to a couple that did pay to watch a movie. She sits, and turns on her phone, after a while the couple leaves the movie, way before the ending because the “lady” just couldn’t put her phone away and they didn’t want to say anything to her because it was obvious these people wouldn’t hesitate to jump people if they said something to them, and they were probably afraid that they could retaliate. This is exactly why I didn’t say anything to them either. So for the duration of the movie she was with her phone on and wasn’t even watching the movie. This was the worst experience although I’ve seen this happen before. People on their phones disrespecting the rest of us who actually do want to watch a movie. Don’t understand why they haven’t figured out a way to control this obsession with phone while in the theater, don’t know why they don’t send security once in a while to control this phone situation and to make sure nobody is disrupting the viewers. Anyway, I do see this happen more at the South Bay galleria AMC theaters and will...
