Horrible service. First a man answered the phone with attitude and then I was disconnected. I called back and a lady answered. It was extremely loud in the background and I could barely hear her. I called because I dont eat meat and needed to ask for a substitute. She had me repeat myself about 10 times just to get my name...Sam. Then asked me to respeat my number several times. Then she kept saying things that made it seem she had no clue as how to take an order. When I asked questions about a substituion she acted like I was out of line and said, "um you do know that it's 20 dollars for delivery, right". I didn't know that so I told her I had to call her back so I could figure what else I wanted. When I did call back, she was just as clueless as the first time and so I spoke slowly and slightly louder than normal so she could hear me and understand me. She had been giving me attitude the whole time and acting like she counldnt understand me or hear me, and now had the audacity to ask me why I was talking the way I was. I told her I was trying to make it so she could hear me over the background noise. She complains about me to, who I suppose, is the guy that hung up on me the first time. I here him say "tell her credit card only." At this point I realize that these ppl are trying to get me not to order. Then I hear him say "she's a problem". Lady working counter was nice but seemed a little new. Ordered a side of buttermilk pancakes. Left my son to wait for his order while I went to other side of food court, then back to the McDonalds by this facility. Placed, received my order and took it to the table BEFORE thry came out. Maybe 10 minutes. While waiting, I noticed the cook place his gloved hand on the food to see if it was hot, whoch led me to believe they werw frozen. My husband and I loved the Philly cheesesteaks! We met the owner, Sergio, and his wife. They are the sweetest couple! The food was delicious and the friendly interactions were great. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a filling meal and a reasonable price! We got two Philly cheesesteaks, one with fries and the other with potato salad, and a large fountain drink to share. Total was $33.
