When this place used to be great khans the food used to be cooked long enough for the vegetables to get a little soft and still have some crunch and the sauces would cook into the food so you can taste it without being dry. I asked for a refund which i never do. I was never given a receipt and they couldn't find their own copy of my receipt to refund me. I asked if they could just cook the food longer for me. Which they did. It was slighty better because I added soy sauce and chili. You want flavorful food and it not be dry and i got flavorless food sitting in the sauces like soup. What is the point of putting these sauces in the food when i need to eat it with a spoon to taste it instead of tasting it in the food. Imagine orange chicken without the orange. My parents love this place but not sure about coming back. They wouldn't accommodate my dad because of his allergy to spices which they usually have one grill for the non spicy food. Very rude to my dad not sure if they took advantage that he was hard of hearing. Chef and server gave attitude when asked to speak to someone in charge and said no one was there until I spotted the owner. Owner was nice and sweet but said since it was busy they use both grills for spicy food and there's nothing he could do but a refund. No signs posted regarding allergies either. I always see this place at different shopping mall's around but I had never tried it. Today I finally gave it a try and picked the 1 item combo just under $10. I picked the beef and loaded up different vegetables and greens I found along the line then at the end near the grill, a server asked what type of sauces I wanted and level of spicy. She then loaded up 2 big scoops of noodles on top of my already big bowl and took it over to get cooked. Just a few minutes later the cook handed me a container with my food cooked and it was great!
