I didn't know how many things a jeweler could mess up until I came to this location. Not only did the jeweler give away the surprise of my man intending to propose to me, which I was very clear that I wasn't sure. I told him that we hadn't started dating that long ago and I wasn't sure if he wanted to propose for real. Just in case. I told him here are all of the specs of the ring that I'd like and the estimated price I saw online. I told him after you have the specs it's out of my hands and I didn't even want to know the actual price after completion of the ring. He said he could recreate the ring I saw online within 24 hours. When I asked him until what time my man could call him? The jeweler, David replied: "He already called!" I know I am a very articulate person and up front and clear with my language. I said that he shouldn't have told me that and he replied with very broken English, trying to come up with some fib that I was the one that misunderstood and a half apology. He quoted me an extremely high price in the store, but when the manager walked by and found out that I wanted lab created diamonds, she said oh it's going to be much cheaper. Because the cat was out of the bag, my man and me spoke and compared notes. David had quoted him the price of real diamonds, although I had a pretty detailed and lengthy story of why I wanted lab diamonds. When David sent my man the specs, he left out some important details like the engravement! I am never going back to this...

..i'm very picky with places i go to where in i give them a 5 star review..there's always something wrong and i would usually see a flaw..i give review based on certain criteria's they need to meet and customer service is on top of my list..White Diamond is top notch when it comes to Service..bought our wedding ring there 2008 and been buying stuff there ever since..i trust the jeweler(Odet) on her knowledge and know how when it comes to jewelry..She is very polite, friendly and helpful..she knows her customers not just by their faces..She even ask about my family and my kids..the place is clean and well kept..their designs are that of the other more expensive shop..price are reasonable with free cleaning too..i even ask her one time to help me out sort some jewelry to know which one is real or not coz everything was mixed up(no charge)..my wife bought me a Tag Heuer watch for our anniversary and that, i still bring to them for battery change for a way lesser price than that of other places..i've been getting my stuff from them for about 16 years now and all i can say is that the relationship is getting better..overall, White Diamond is not just a jewelry store, they are a part of our local businesses that doesn't just provide their services but treats their clients more than a customer...

About a month ago, we had an almost impromptu baptism at church. A tradition we have had for many years is to give a ring to the person who is being baptized as a sign of this union. Well, “almost impromptu” put us on a position of having to get a ring ASAP. We visited several jewelry stores in the South Bay area close to home but no one, and I mean not one jewelry had any of the bands we were looking for. They offered to place an special order to be delivered after our baptism. Not good enough. Finally, we came to White Diamond Jewelry at the Galleria Mall and, voila! We found exactly what we were looking for at almost half the price from other jewelers in the area. I’m not exaggerating, almost half the price for the exact same band, same carats, same size, except this was in stock. Odette took very good care of us and they sized and engraved the band for free. Our experience was smooth and we really felt like we were appreciated. I highly recommend them and they have became my go-to jewelry....
