This is addressed to Keola Feletoa. We are truly sorry for how your parents felt about their experience with us. We never would tell someone what they can and can't afford because that decision is up to the customer and not us. We were under the impression that your parents were wanting to stay with in the limit that one of our finance companies offered them. I am very sorry for the lack communication on our part. Then we can't explain how sorry we are that they felt discriminated against. We never try to have it seem that way. We try to give everyone a good experience here. So the manager at the Rexburg store is great, very informative and great sense of humor. Will do what it takes to make you happy and get the right piece of furniture - regardless the price. The other associates... apparently customer service is not in their repertoire. I had to call to see if the furniture was ready for us to pick up. When I asked if they would be there slightly after 6 pm so we could pick it up the answer was NO! They are open from 9am to 6pm and that is the only time we could pick up the furniture. I then asked if they were going to call us that the item was there and he asked who my sales associate was and blamed it all on them for not calling. The service here cannot be beat. Back in OCT2020 we bought two love seat theater chairs. The salesman said they sell this exact style into some big college men's apartments here, so we bought them figuring if they survive a boy's dorm, they'll survive our family. And that proved correct. So today we went in looking for a matching sofa. Despite the supply chain issues, Odell's found one in Poky and had it put on a truck to arrive here in a couple of days, no charge, no hassle. Not only that, but the price didn't seem to go up since OCT2020 which is amazing. Last time they delivered the two guys took extra care and were very friendly.
