Jorge was there and he explained everything so I could understand my options. Jorge told me that I needed to bring my tower to the store for him to do repairs and cleaning. I am a "ripened senior" and getting under my desk to unhook everything was not something I felt comfortable doing. Jorge quoted a $35 charge to do a house call. I agreed and since he was available he proceeded to follow me to my home. He looked over my setup and told me he could do everything necessary including installing the programs I wanted and the charge was $125. That included the $35 house call! He unhooked my tower and the next day returned it hooked it back up and I am so overjoyed that my computer is working just like when it was new! Quick and fresh. So I called him, said āI work outsideā so he wasnāt available. Today, I decided to call, on my way this time, to give him time to get here. He arrives 25mins after he said ~10mins; which wasnāt the end of the world for me.
We get inside and he doesnāt really seem to want to work on my printer. I was able to do more diagnostics than him. He then, in the middle of our interaction, says he has a customer is Fontana as has to leave. Told me it would be $35 to have someone look at it- but at this point I have more faith in myself to figure the issue out.
