I placed an order online for my friends gift for his birthday, he saids the game onepiece warriors 4 is not working and he tried it out five times after washing the disc off. It's been in the little yellow disc the whole time when I recieved it and gave it to him by October 23rd and I don't see why gamestop didn't put it in the actual game case so that was kind of strange and that could be the proof as of why the game wasn't working as if someone knew about it and be stupid enough to not have some sense and throw it out! Not only that but I really didn't get no assistance with customer service because no one ever picked up the line and I waited on the phone for 15 minutes for nobody not to answer for customer service! Then I can't even get a refund for the game when it literally doesn't work and I try to requested the refund shopping online can be a pain and I giving a bad review I wish I could give 0 stars because this don't deserve any stars but you guys need to test these games before even stocking them I will be calling soon to talk to...

As a PRO member, I regularly purchase warranties for controllers to ensure hassle-free exchanges. Last month, I exchanged a controller under warranty and bought a new warranty for the replacement.
Recently, I called the Olympia Fields store to exchange a PS5 controller purchased within the last month. The store manager claimed I had only 14 days to return it and would need to buy another warranty. I informed him this was incorrect, but he insisted it was the store’s policy and suggested I go to another store if I disagreed.
After contacting two nearby locations, I confirmed that the actual policy allows 30 days for exchanges. The manager was dishonest, and although I resolved the issue at another store, this experience was unacceptable.
