First time at this location, and it was not a pleasant experience (visited on SuperBowl Sunday after Church). First, there was a man in there who appeared homeless and suffering from mental illness. He was loitering and asking customers for money. Then he sat at a table and was talking to himself, which he appeared he was suffering from PTSD. This made me very uncomfortable as the staff never said anything to him nor asked he to leave. The cashier was nice, friendly, and proficient. Lastly, I don't know what happened, but 5 mins after eating 2 cheeseburgers and a handful of fries, I began to feel really sick and needed to regurgitate (I gave it 2 stars because it was hot and had a nice taste). I also purchased onion rings, which they actually gave me chicken rings that did not appear thoroughly cooked (I didn't eat these after tasting one of them). My husband also began feeling sick as well and gave him diarrhea. This was a horrible experience, and I will definitely not patronize this...

The drive through was packed and the person at the drive through window was extremely rude, to the point of like "making fun," of us for some reason. I didn't get her name, but she was a Hispanic lady with a headset on at register two. When I pulled to the checkout window, which seemed like hours, she became argumentative. I told her that was okay I'm a diligent reviewer and I would be reviewing ASAP. When I said that her whole attitude changed, and she appeared to calm down. My belief is that they shouldn't have rude people in customer service jobs. If you don't want to work, stay home, or go somewhere else. Customers do not deserve to deal with nonsense. Went to this location and I have a large family, but my family of seven, what we have ordered, didn’t even make a CRAVE CASE! I even told them to take their time get the drive thru out and we could wait, cause I have time and they weren’t busy. The little short bald head lady was cussing the whole time because they had to make 28 burgers and fully staffed? Like am I at a restaurant or shoe carnival? If they didn’t have the customers, they wouldn’t have a job! Please stop giving customers hard time ordering for large family and using coupons.
