Mr. Burritos #2 — Restaurant in Bloom Township

I usually never have an issue with this restaurant. I just had to share because it really bothered me. I recently placed an order with uber eats and something was wrong with the app maybe a glitch or something so I canceled my order. I went to doordash because I thought hey maybe their app is working. So I ordered my food with no problem through doordash and the guy came and dropped off the food everything was fine I was enjoying and eating my food. Minutes later someone was knocking at my door with another order he said from Mr. Burritos from uber eats. My friend asked hey did you order something else from Mr. Burritos..I said no. I looked in the bag and it was the order that I specifically canceled and they even stated that on my receipt. They charged me for two orders and their excuse was we already made the order. I believe that to be so unprofessional so I am suppose to accept an order that was canceled I'm sure it wasn't made before I canceled it because it came after my first order like 30 min later. I understand that due to the covid 19 business is slowing down and businesses need money but that doesn't give you the right to force food and force someone to pay when they clearly canceled. The restaurant should of called me first and ask if I placed this order by mistake or if I still want the food before making it. Obviously, there was an error on their end but instead of making sure they just charged me and said we already made the order. I will never order from this...

We ordered un caldo de res with bread two taco de lengua and two other tacos and a coke de medio litro in a glass container. We ordered to go the food all had a really good temperature. The caldo de res was surprisingly steaming hot. The portion size in the tacos was not especially appreciated since they are close to 3 dollars a piece. The caldo de res had more veggies that carne de res. I would like to see the containers a bit more spacious so that one is more able to grasp the meat and veggies without spilling them over. The spoons given are really not strong enough for maneuvering through the veggies and meat and then trying to pull them out, the silverware is really flimsy. Lastly, you are given a container that contains diced onions, cilantro, rice and diced jalapeños. I personally do not eat jalapeños and it makes it hard to get the best of all the rice and or the onions because they are mixed in with everything in the container. My suggestion would be to place diced jalapeños in a small salsa containers so that the consumer can choose if they want them or maybe give them to their spouse. Overall, it was a good experience. I recommend Mr. Burritos #2. They have some amazing tasting authentic...

And this is a mexican resturant??? No flavor on the meat everything tastes old was very disappointed. Im mexican and this is not what mexican food tastes like. Food looks like they made it in a hurry was very sloppy. What seasonings does this place use cause I swear the food has no flavor at all . Worse mexican resturant in town I decided to give this place a try cause it was late and closer to the house now I I came here before now I remember why i stopped going. What a big mistake their food is over priced too and for us to pay what we expect is not fair they need to fix whoever is cooking in the back and get better seasonings I hope its just not regular salt.. cause it seems like they just sprinkle a bit of salt and that's it. My Family was very dissapointed in the food we ordered. They need to use goya and knorr seasonings this place needs to learn how to cook mexican common now taco bell tastes better than this place! There's better mexican food around the area never again will...
