Enjoy your covid. I did a high custom tip. I set my order for pickup at the burrito loading zone so that I could have you place my bag on the roof of my car. Due to excess waiting and no working number, I had to come in. While I tried keeping my distance from everyone, there's no guarantee the staff doesn't have covid now, especially the ones I brushed hands with to grab the order. Waste of money on the tip when I'm already struggling, because I wanted a little pick-me-up after getting the unfortunate test result, and like to be decent (unless provoked). The food was thrown together sloppily and there were at least 2 missing items, the queso and my still water bottle. Nobody came up to the burrito loading zone to let me know to come up to the window, they were just going to let me wait and wonder. The flow of traffic and infrastructure in the area is confusing in this area, so the chipotlane confused me, but nobody came to give a courtesy notice. I see why you have only 1.9 stars on Google reviews. I'm also pretty sure the flashing pink lights inside is against chipotle policy unless this one is somehow a franchise? But I know, that one is merely a minimal gripe. Instead of placing my food in the dedicated quasidilla plate, all of my sides came in separate chipotle bowls. I realize maybe they ran out of quasidilla plates, but it just looked so sloppy and there was just so much excess packaging, it was so clunky and junky. I'm pretty sure the number attached to the Google business page is some type of scam number, which means only one thing-- they haven't had a working number for a while, and a scammer found it fit to use this number since it was vacant. If it's not a scam number, then I stand corrected, but listen to the VOIP prompts and tell me it doesn't strike you a little strangely that as soon as you say you're not calling to place an order with your credit card number, it says it's going to transfer you to the store and then promptly hangs up. If this actually is the correct store number, then that means these employees don't...

Where do I begin? After work, I decided to check out the new Chipotle location in my area. When I pulled up, I noticed there were just a few cars in the lot, which I assumed meant good timingâbut I quickly learned otherwise.
My son and I ordered two (New) chipotle honey chicken bowlsâone with brown rice, one with white. Right away, I noticed they were out of several key ingredients like pinto beans, queso cheese, and even the actual chicken. Instead of waiting for a fresh batch, the worker scraped the last remnants of chicken into my bowl, while for my son, she went to the back, grabbed a small cup of fresh meat, and added it to his. I didnât say anything at the moment, but it was odd that one of us got fresh meat while the other got older leftovers from earlier in the day.
From there, things went downhill. The next worker was unorganized and sloppy, and the cheese she grabbed from the back counter, had a weird textureânot the normal Chipotle queso at all. My bowl actually tasted good but was ice cold, including the meat and rice at the bottom. My sonâs bowl was drenched in sour cream, and even after we scraped a lot off, he ended up with a stomachache later that night.
Final Rating: ⢠Food Quality: 4/10 â Cold food, missing ingredients, odd cheese texture ⢠Atmosphere: 6/10 â Clean enough, but not inviting ⢠Customer Service: 7/10 â The staff was friendly but disorganized and in need of more training
I wonât be returning to this location until they hire better management and train their employees on food preparation and layering orders correctly. If youâre craving Chipotle, I highly recommend trying...
Read moreWhere do I even begin đ¤ the fact that this Chipotle is newly opened and the dissatisfaction in the reviews is so high ALREADY says enough on its own. My sister and I went into the new chipotle today hoping for a customer service experience better than the norm of Chipotle in Matteson and various other locations. at first glance, you can see that all of the employees are highschoolers and there is no form of authority at this location. The only people who looked older were standing in the back just watching the chaos. The line was nearly out of the door, everyone was waiting for white rice, and not ONE of the employees said anything to me, my sister, or any other customers who came in after us abt the wait on rice, corn, vinaigrette, and at least two other things. The two young girls on the line had the worst attitudes and overall disposition about being at work. They threw our bowls together very carelessly (as you can see in the picture).
I work in customer service as a restaurant manager so I understand that inventory may not be optimal at all times, but when you just opened a restaurant less than a month ago, it should be pretty easy to stay on top of things, especially if you want positive reviews. I will say, the only person with a positive attitude was the cashier, Yoselin.
I would give 0/5 stars if I could, just go...
