SHARKS FISH & CHIKEN — Restaurant in Bloom Township

No problem using online ordering through doordash for pickup. However, the problem was the restaurant did not give everything that comes with the order. I had order 2 large catfish fillet dinners which comes with 4 pieces of fish each and fries. But, when I checked the order in the car both only had 3 pieces of fish. My wife had went back into the place to ask how many comes in a large dinner and was told 4 pieces. My wife would explain to the worker that we only got three pieces. He would go on to make multiple excuses saying you get 3 if you order on doordash, even though it does not state that, and saying times are hard. My wife and I didn't want to be bothered and just left. If you are ordering from Sharks fish and chicken around western in Chicago Heights for pickup or online, you might want to check your order. I ordered the 10 pc wing dinner with lemon pepper on the chicken with a side of hot and mild sauce. My partner and I enjoyed the food. The chicken was fresh and you could barely eat it but that's what we like good fresh food. The lemon pepper added the extra touch to the chicken. The fries were fresh and crispy, and I couldn't have asked for a better meal before we left to go back home. I gave the atmosphere a 3 because it's not a dine in location, but everything was everything. They were even selling seasonings, which I regret not buying the ranch one, but if I'm on that side again, I will give it a try. The staff was polite and that's all I ever ask for is good...

I calledthe phone rang several times before someone picked up. Immediately a girl answers the phone and tells me to hold, she put the phone down I'm hearing everything go on in the back ground I sat on the phone for 15min Exact !!!! Before I heard someone pick up and hang up !!! Also I pulled up shortly after the girl was rude doesn't say hello no eye contact nasty attitude. I told her I was on hold for 15min & I showed her the call on my phone all she did was look down and say sorry !!! SHE DIDNT CARE AT AT no accommodations or anything not even an excuse why she had me on hold so long ... owners need new staff and to update the establishment...
