Definitely do not recommend 😞

They fixed my daughter’s phone for $215.

She started getting error messages right away, saying it was not a comparable device. When we asked about it, they said that’s normal. (Incredibly annoying!)

Then, shortly after she got a strange color blotch on the upper right corner. We didn’t think much of it Bc they offer a “lifetime warranty”.

We took the phone back today at 10:45. They were supposed to open at 10 but no one was there & it was locked. Called the # & they said they were running late. We continued to wait until the guy showed up.

He looked at the phone & said it isn’t their fault & that they would need another $180 to fix the problem.

He claimed that he thought it was because maybe my daughter sat on the phone. I explained to him that I weigh a lot more than my daughter and I said on my iPhone daily, and have never had the issue.

He said, “Well, you have an original screen“. I told him that I didn’t realize that the screen that they replaced it with wouldn’t be similar to the original quality of the screen, & he just shrugged his shoulders.

I told him that we already spent a lot of money on the screen & didn’t want to pay $180 more. He said he couldn’t help us under warranty & suggested that my daughter “go be more careful with her phone”.

Place stinks. Would never use them again.

Headed to buy a new phone now. Wish I had never wasted time or...

Tahir is awesome! I had a really disappointing experience with a store across the highway so I started searching for a new repair shop when the screen on my iPhone 5 cracked. It was also just a bad replacement screen that the other store installed so I wanted to get a new one anyway. The reviews you read on here are true. When I arrived to the store, it was closed although the hours showed it should have been open. We had a lot of ice and snow so I assumed they weren't going to open. Just to be sure, I called the store but didn't get anyone. I contemplated going to the store next door to him, but I wasn't in a rush to get my screen replaced and the reviews were too good. I left to run an errand and got a phone call about 20-30 minutes later from Tahir stating they were now open. I didn't leave a message to be called back, but Tahir wanted to make sure that I knew he was there. I drove right back over there. He was very fast and did the repair for only $75. He obviously stays really busy, and it's easy to see why when you deal with him. His store is very clean and bright unlike the one I had previously used. I have been telling others about him and will continue to do so. I'm so thankful to have a great repair shop so close....

I was one of the many Google Pixel 6a phone owners who were notified a few weeks ago that their battery was nearing end-of-life and should be replaced. A update was automatically installed on my phone to restrict battery usage to keep it from overheating, I suppose. So I began my search for instructions and finally applied for compensation from Google. However, I did not hear back so I went to my provider and they referred me to a well-known battery vendor with many locations in north Texas but none I called had the battery. So, I remembered the independent repair store, CelPhones4Sure just a few miles south of my home and I was more than pleased that he had the battery and could replace it immediately. I have never needed to have a cellphone repaired or a new battery installed so I wasn't prepared for the 1 hour service that I received and I am certain my phone will give me many more days of service. I definitely recommend this vendor to that anyone with cellphone problems or issues with other types of electronic equipment that he is qualified to diagnose and repair.
