Be careful when using your CC. I went to Wizards back in Dec, 2021, spent $15.25. I noticed on my CC statement there was a charge of $79.25 on 4/13/2022. I was NOT at Wizards that day. I called my Credit Union and they advised that I get in touch with someone at Wizards and see if there was an error in their system. I spoke with Victoria, I explained the situation and gave her my information (name/number),she said she would need to send an email to the Manager, Willie Stuart and would call me back later that day. She never called back. I would like to note that Victoria said in our first conversation that she had been getting several calls regarding mischarges. It sounded like she wasn't surprised.
After 4 days of not hearing back from Wizards, I called and spoke to Victoria again. She stated that Willie said in looking at his logs there was no transaction in the amount of $79.25 and I would need to contact my Credit Union. I asked Victoria to please let me speak to Willie at which she said she could not give out his number, I then requested that he send me an email with the information he had. I did not get an email.
I decided to drive to Wizards, since it's on my way home from work and speak to a Manager. I ask the guy at the door if I could speak to a Manager and he proceeded to go and get her. He came back and told me she was too busy to talk to me and that I needed to come back the next day. I was persistent in speaking to her, so I asked him to show me who she was so that I could discuss my issues.
I spoke with Monica, the manager and explained my situation. She took my info and went to the back to look at the logs and came back to tell me that she did not see any charges in the amount of $79.25. She suggested I contact my Credit Union .
I have contacted my Credit Union and they are investigating. I want to bring it to the forefront that mischarging may be happening or trouble with their system is occurring. Either case, it would seem that the business would be a little more invested in customer's...

So she had to believe what she said. But GIRL run the cameras. But let just say we was kick out because the server stated my boyfriend (HIT her) After him just trying to get her away from me. I went to the bar, I was told my tab was closed and needed to open one with a server cool. I waited by the pool tables noone came. Nice….walks to the bar to let the server know we wanted to order. (honestly that interaction was a red flag.) She came by finally and I gave my order. but unfortunately, im am a vibe person. I didnt like her service so I advise this as she was walking away. (I didnt want her put the order in at this point) I stated “its ok on the wings, Im GOOD. I dont like your service.” and starts to walk away” You would have thought i said fighing words because as im walking away she like “why you dont like my service? keep repeating it and keep getting close to me. Ok now im getting mad now. So I may have called her a stupid b because why are you following me?. Once I said that girl like, you want to fight ? lets go outside? Girl aint you at work? You can tell she dont have a care in the world for life. Its no way to act like this with strangers. Plus a stranger could never make me so mad I would risk how I feed my family. Unfortunately, that experience was completely overshadowed by an incident that made it clear we will never return. As we were finishing up darts and starting another game of pool, my friend leaned slightly on the table with her feet firmly on the ground—nothing damaging or out of the ordinary. An older man abruptly approached us, barking at her to stop, shouting, “Get off the damn table.” His tone was aggressive and entirely uncalled for.
Confused by his hostility, I brought the issue to the owner, assuming it would be addressed professionally. Instead, the owner dismissed our concerns, defending this rude customer because he had been playing for 20 years. Apparently, this man claimed we weren’t playing “the right way,” as if that justified his behavior. Whether we’re seasoned players or not is irrelevant—no paying customer deserves to be treated with such blatant disrespect.
It became clear the owner had no interest in understanding or valuing our perspective. His indifference spoke volumes, and we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. This establishment clearly prioritizes their long-time regulars at the expense of new customers, even when those regulars are rude and unprofessional.
