Although the apartments have some issues, maintenance has always been quick (like same to next day fixes, very timely and polite people) and they do regular upkeep with emails ahead of time if people will come inside and check your AC or replace window sealant, etc. The current management has been accommodating and friendly, and as someone who typically goes by another name, I really appreciate the respect they’ve given me.
I have had black mold in my bathroom, but after discovering it and calling for help, the maintenance arrived next day and this single guy just scrubbed the hell out of and cleaned the patch. On his own, for like 30 minutes. He also kindly explained the steps to me, why or what he was doing, and added preventative measures.

It’s especially busy during the start of semesters. But I’ve never had an actual bad experience. There was a time a packages got “lost” for a day and then found in the office, but that’s really about it. Also, they might give you a hard time about shipping a bed to the housing office, so you should ship things like that straight to your door if possible or pick it up from a friends home.
