Schulberger's Inc — Attraction in Richland Township

Absolutely over priced company. The first time I used them my dishwasher wasn't draining. The tech came out hit 3 buttons to reset the alarm. Didn't take it apart didn't order any part and spent all of 15 min in the house it cost 160 dollars. But at least its working. The dryer stops working it won't stop spinning they send a tech out again doesn't take the machine apart he looks up a part says it's discontinued recommends buy a new dryer from them. Literally spent 10min in my house used no tools ordered no parts 116.55. and my dryer is still broke. On top of that I live 4 blocks from their office. So for less than an hour of work including the drive I paid 276.55 and got one appliance fixed with no new parts and a tech in my house for a total of 25 min max. Highway robbery. I get not everything is fixable, I get there is a price for everything now I'm even not that made with the dishwasher at least u did something and it works. But the dryer is still broke that charge shouldn't have been more than 60 bucks. I will never use this company again and file a better business complaint for...

In all, it was no more than a 30 minute process. You don't need to worry - it's their business and the staff is fully vested in ensuring each customer has a positive experience. From making sure your house is kept clean during delivery and installation to verifying that their appliances are installed in working order, they know the importance of taking care of their customers. We recently moved and we brought our 1 year old washer and dryer with us. I needed an appliance company to install our dryer since the vent configuration was different. I contacted Schulberger's to hire them to do the job. They took down my info and said they'd pass it to the service department and they would call me. I never received a call back from them. They must not need the business? In the very near future, we will be purchasing a new refrigerator, new gas range, new over the range microwave, and new under counter wine fridge.
