Five Guys — Restaurant in Richland Township

Cherry sprite. They have it. That alone warrants 5 stars. BUT if you ask for a large fry, they will look you dead in the eye and just start filling a bag with French fries. At first, all you can do is watch, expecting them to stop after the first few scoops. However, they don't, it's been 5 minutes. The bag is overfilled with fries, they're spilling all over the counter. You try to politely tell them "th-that's enough.. please let me take my order and go." But nay, they do not stop. Even when you break eye contact, you can feel their eyes burning into your soul as they continue to scoop fries into the paper baggy, the floor is now covered in French fries, the store is quickly filling up, other employees have joined in. They all simultaneously make eye contact with you as they scoop fries into the bag. The store is completely filled with fries, you drown in their deep fried cajun goodness, the manager is lost in the potatoey goodness. It's been 12 days, please send help, I'm not sure how much longer I can survive on French fries and cherry sprite, I still hear...

This Five Guys is HIT OR MISS. I guess it just depends on who is working that day and if they are busy, but there is no consistency with the orders. One day you get a bag load of fries, the next you get barely enough to call an order. One time my husband and I barely had enough to share between the two of us when usually we have leftover fries. Some days the fries are crispy and perfect and others they are just soggy wet grease noodles. The burgers are sometimes not fully cooked all the way through in the middle. But mostly they put on WAY TOO MUCH condiments. I ask for ketchup and mustard, thinking a small dollop of each on top. This last order they put so much on top AND under the burger that both the buns were soaking wet and sliding off. I couldnt taste anything but ketchup and mustard because there was more of that than actual burger. After this last experience I doubt I will be returning to this location for quite some time. They have to get their orders more consistent because otherwise you are just risking it not knowing if it will be good this...

Super disappointed!!! Hasn't been the same, Stopped in today so disgusting. Let me start this off first there's was no drinks available except maybe 3 and the other machine was down, All the tables are all dirty can't sit anywhere, Both trash bins filled that the garbage is sticking out, nothing is restocked on the table not even the TWO ketchup pumps, floors have trash all over, I received barley any fries not even filling the whole cup up which disappointed me even more and my burger patty was super small and cheese wasn't even melted. I came about 2 weeks ago and the food was just not good it's sucked to be exact but i wanted to give another try and even worse! Will not be returning to this location again. I don't understand how the restaurant was like this and so disgusting if it was fully staffed! Waste...
