Place was nice and welcoming but very disappointed in out of 3 cookies They were sold out. We knew 2 of them were out so we placed an order and then they told us the other cookie they didn’t have anymore. So we decided to cancel our whole order. If you guys know you’re doing a special prep more or order more ingredients. Had a customer their order 6 hours ago when they had them all in stock. When he went to pickup the order they didn’t tell him til he went to pickup order. I had previously loved this location. The last 2 times I visited I was given attitude from the young girls that work there. I’m in my 40s I don’t need to deal with bratty teens/ early 20s that think they know it all… there should be an adult keeping them in check…

Fist time I was given a hard time because I ordered a 12 pk of cookies on the screen and didn’t pre-order…. I’m sorry… but whaaaat??!! Do you want my money or not?

Possibly the worst experience I have had as far as customer service is concerned. I placed an order for a birthday present. I got confirmation the order was received and would be delivered as requested. When I checked the app. I saw the order was not delivered. I called the store and they told me it wasn't their problem and to call door dash. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told there was none available.
