4/24/25 UPDATE: Updating this review to 5 stars because the VP of Operations made the time and effort to get in contact to discuss the issues I had in finding the suite after hours for my recent appointment. While I still feel there is room to improve the communication (especially when calling after hours), it does appear there was some sort of technical issue where I did not receive all of the information needed to find the correct entry to the building for an after hours appointment - it would appear that Aquarius is not to blame for the missing information, and once they shared what the text should have read (I only received the last paragraph of it), it would have simplified finding the suite. Truly appreciate the outreach, and any business that goes to these lengths to solve for anything that makes an experience less than exceptional is one that I will support wholeheartedly. Plus, the massage was excellent.
My massage/masseuse was excellent - the communication in actually getting to the location was dismal. My appointment was after regular business hours (6pm), and the outer doors to the building were all locked. I called and did reach someone to assist me, but she gave terrible direction and I was walking around the outside of the building and up and down stairs multiple times before she was able to get me to the correct location to gain access.
I was told to arrive 10-15 minutes early, which I did. However the text that gave me after-hours instructions didn't arrive until 5 minutes before my appointment (which included the entry code to bypass outer doors), and by that time I had already been wandering around for 10 minutes.
I have zero complaints about my massage - it was amazing. The directions to gain access as well as training for the staff who answer the phone needs some shoring up - it was extremely frustrating and there was no need for that; they just needed to be better communicators. By the time I found my way in to the suite, I really needed that massage as the process was completely irritating and inefficient. My wonderful masseuse made up for it all, and I will return. But I really hope management provides clear instructions (print them up) for anyone answering the phone, and I would hope they would learn to send that text the day before, and then again an hour before the actual appointment time for...

I found the Aquarius Center through a Google search and made the decision to call and book an appointment after reading the reviews left by previous clients. Hopefully, this review will add to the encouragement if you are searching as well. Here are a few observations and a glimpse of my experience that I hope will be helpful: Cleanliness - the staff is doing a wonderful job of maintaining the integrity and aesthetics of the center. No dust balls in the corners or messes on the counter tops! Professionalism - the staff is careful to talk among themselves quietly and behind closed doors so as not to clutter the atmosphere with personal chatter so often experienced in businesses these days. Compassion - I believe that where love is, lives can be healed and this is true to my experience at Aquarius. It was an unforgettable 60 minute session with Gina. I am truly grateful for her dedication to the Healing Arts and for doing the hard work within herself to become a conduit of health and healing. I've realized that we don't need to travel far or put ourselves in a financial bind to experience quality self care. Read moreI honestly don’t even have the words for how grateful I am for Aquarius Wellness Center. This is a rare kind of business — the kind that cares about you as a human being even when you’re not at your best.
When I first booked, I was excited for my appointment. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of oversleeping after a brutally long work week. When I reached out I was frustrated, I was rude over the phone and in my review . It was completely my fault, and I didn’t expect them to do anything for me. Most places would have just written me off and moved on.
But instead, they chose compassion. They reached out to me, they called me, and they made things right when they didn’t have to. They cared enough to make sure I was happy, even after I’d been difficult. That kind of patience, grace, and genuine kindness is almost unheard of in business today.
I left feeling humbled, thankful, and blessed to have crossed paths with a team like this. They showed me what it means to lead with understanding instead of judgment, and I will never forget that.
