I took my daughter for her 8th birthday - just some "Mommy and Daughter" time- and the staff were EXTRAORDINARY! ❤️ Candece was our instructor, and she was so funny, nice, and thoughtful! She did an incredible job teaching us what to do and being sure we were all following along. She would slow down her pace when needed, and even "break" to help those in need. I never felt rushed, and that's pretty difficult with my daughter! Another team member I'd like to mention is Amber. She was both the bartender and another instructor. She helped my daughter several times, and was really incredible! She spoke to her on her level and just radiated kindness. My daughter immediately felt comfortable around her and kept talking to her. Amber made my time there so much less stressful and much more enjoyable because of her kind heart and willingness to help with my daughter. The other staff members present were just as wonderful as Amber and Candece- I believe their names were Aimee, Aiden, and Emily. They each helped both me and my daughter with different things, and each of them complimented her artwork many times! My daughter had an absolutely terrific time, and I am so grateful for all these ladies and their hard work that made that happen! We had to drive almost an hour to come, but we will absolutely be back! Thank you ladies all SO MUCH for helping us make wonderful memories!

First time going and it was an amazing experience. As I am not hand eye coordinated, I didn't think I would be able to have a decent looking finished product. The picture you see can be intimidating but the process they use makes it easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful as me and my family were needy with respect to help. Every picture will look different and although they give you a color pallet, you are free to go off script and make it your own. I couldn't get the facial features right so I went with none (abstract) and it was perfect for me. Our session ran over because most of us didn't follow directions. I wouldn't advise you to to do it, but the ladies were still so nice even though they should have been closed. The Happy Hour was nice and the drinks were good and reasonably priced. I am going back in August because there are a few pictures I fell in love with and want to make. I am bad with names but the bartender with the short black hair and our instructor with the baby bump get 10 🌟 from my family. Hope this was helpful.

What a super fun experience! 100% will visit again. You don't have to know anything about painting. All you have to do is show up wanting to have a good time and they deliver. Alot of the info I can give is on their website. But let me tell you the VIBE is priceless. Space and the decor: mixed with natural lighting and studio lighting, and fun artwork throws a professional yet relaxed feeling! It's unique in a REALLY good way. We've done paint and sips before. This is not that. There were at least 3 other helpers with the host that you do table service, supply service, and instructional guidance. And that's saying something. We were a group of around 50, a sold out event, it didnt feel crowded and I felt real happy the whole time. Wanted for nothing. Kylie was our instructor and was super laid back but on task and fun all while being supportive, professional, and good at what she was doing! Prices are good considering this is a memory maker...

Per their request, I sent this location an email instead of writing a review if I felt like my experience was less than 5 stars. It's been 2 weeks now & I haven't heard a word from them. Anyway, because I'd visited this location numerous times in the past, I thought it could be a great way to have a birthday gathering there with my cousins. I spent $280 total for us to paint, plus drinks & food for everyone. After bringing everything in I was told that we could no longer bring drinks in of any kind as it could be a problem for their liquor license (even juice & soda). It would have been nice to know that in advance & not be told how we could still enjoy ourselves by spending more money purchasing drinks from them. Also, the instructor's primary focus was on making sure that her painting turned out well. She had to be asked numerous times to please turn her painting slightly so that we could see what she was doing as she constantly kept turning away from us. The television that is meant to be used to help you follow along was being blocked by snowflake decorations that hung from the ceiling. Ultimately after asking for help various times, we kept being told not to worry because we were doing great & the paintings would turn out fine in the end. We all simply ended up looking on to other customers paintings in the hopes of having something worth taking home. Sadly, we left agreeing that this was our worst painting experience from any establishment. That particular painting was number 6 for me(from this location) & it wasn't worth my time or my money. The experience did not make for a great birthday outing & their failure to respond to my email leads me to believe that they have no real interest in how you view them unless your views...

I appreciated the opportunity to book my birthday event for my family and friends to enjoy painting Saturday. Many had never been to painting with a twist before so I was excited to do what I love with them. Unfortunately for me, the experience was not what I’m used to from the quality of service to the interaction from the artist. Everything felt rushed, the artist was rushing through instructions and his way of communication with my guests was very displeasing. Many shade comments were being made and overheard. I was completely thrown off by everything and didn’t enjoy myself. I know we started about 15 -20 mins after the hour but I’ve been to some sessions, even with late starts the artist took time and gave step by step instructions. Having my family and friends chatting about the dislikes about the way things were going but I’m glad they were able to just paint how they visioned their paintings and still try to enjoy and tone out the negativity. Unfortunately for me, I only painted my background and was just not in the birthday mood to enjoy painting...
