Tyler was my sleep expert. He was very knowledgeable, personable and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. He did not make me feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. He ran through many options of mattresses for myself and my son. I really liked the fact that he addressed my teenage son as to what he liked and preferred in a mattress. Tyler was off-putting, pushy, overbearing, distracted some of the time, then focused on selling as much as he could. He repeated himself up to four and five times. I hope his supervisor/manager will have a coaching moment/a teaching moment with him. I hope he learns that people are more than the sale alone.
