I agree with the man who voted to replace them with a Whole Foods store. What an improvement that would be. Always an awful experience at pharmacy. The man he mentioned is a flat out jerk and apparently is the pharmacy manager. That explains why it is so badly run. I waited there yesterday 5 minutes while he stared at a computer screen and another employee talked the whole time, 5 minutes plus to a customer on the phone who was trying to decide what to get. Apparently he is too full of himself to help a waiting customer or take time to efficiently run the store. I asked the woman at drive through to help me and he started yelling at me. No explanation for why he had time to do this, but not check me out. He yelled at me for beeping while in line at the drive through one time, two months ago. The last time I was in line at the drive through, I waited over 30 minutes. He has to bring up something that happened months ago. He enraged me. I told him there was no customer service, he should be nice to me as a customer and I would take my business elsewhere. I just went in for prescriptions, not a fight and did not nerd this aggravation. He had time fir all thus, but not the 30 seconds to check out my prescriptions. No one was in line for once, they still made me wait, it was ridiculous. I complained to the store manager. She could not help because she was'just a manager' - said a bigger manager would call me today. I left practically in tears - who needs this? I am currently waiting for the bigger...
Read moreI try really hard not to be critical of companies because I know no one is perfect but I've been with this pharmacy for years and pick up prescriptions almost every single month. I am not joking when I say every single time there is an issue with my order. It's one of the easiest prescriptions to fill, extraordinarily inexpensive, but very important when you're missing a thyroid.
Every single month I'm left terrified that I will go days without my medications because they never seem to fill it on time or with the amount of pills prescribed to me. Well that came to a head today when I ran out of my pills many months early because they hadn't been giving me the full 90 day bottles (they were giving me 30 instead of 90 and when I mentioned to them that I was concerned I'd run out early, they said oh we will just reach out to your doctor when its time for more and you won't even notice). Guess what? I was supposed to have my new pills November 1st and it's November 3rd and they can't help me. At all.
I will never do business here again. They should be ashamed of the terrible service they provid. I don't think I've ever said that in my life but I've been using this pharmacy for probably 10 years now and it's ALWAYS a problem no matter what. No idea how or why I put up with it for so long but just a warning to anyone considering getting their prescriptions here.
There is a pharmacy in the same parking lot that I've heard amazing things about so I'm switching there and encourage my neighbors to...
Read moreThis is the worst pharmacy ever. Some of the people who work there are kind but overall it is terrible. I've been on medication for a chronic illness for several years now.
The first year, I was told several times they didn't have my medication ready but when I asked to have it transferred to another pharmacy, suddenly they could go in the back and grab the bag.
One time I called to double check that a medication I was about to take was safe to use while breastfeeding - the pharmacist literally said she doesn't know, but said she'd "look it up in the system" and said "it looks like it should be okay." It was a very common medication so not sure how she didn't know if it was safe while breastfeeding.
Now they are constantly closing in the middle of the day so you never know if you'll be able to pick up your medications. They randomly sent me an auto-refill halfway into my 3 month prescription so I cancelled it. When I re-ordered (when I needed it), I couldn't get it because they kept closing! One time I was literally driving to the store and got a message saying "Your pharmacy is closed until further notice" in the middle of the afternoon. I finally was able to pick it up only to find they gave me a 30 day fill instead of 90 days and didn't inform me there was an issue with my insurance (this has happened several times and I don't mind paying full price because my...
