This team has had some turnaround, however you wouldn’t know it because of the outstanding customer and culture this shop has created. I’ve dealt with management and associates, every single one of them has always gone above and beyond. Every single one has always treated me with respect and kindness. They took a risk on me when i went to the for the 1st time and they have been taking care of me ever since. Ivette, Mike, and David are usually the ones that take care of me. I call them my Day 1s. Every single one of them has never passed judgement, and has always been kind and professional. Without them, I really wouldn’t have been able to get my some bad times. Make sure you ask for them when you go visit but, then again, anybody will take care good care of you. Shout out to management for maintaining standards and having humans for a staff and not these corporate robots that “don’t need our Business”. I have been conducting business transactions with this business for over 15 years and have found them to be exemplary in their business integrity. Previous posts have mentioned prices to be high. I have found their prices to be within the market normal for used merchandise within the pawn industry and many times they are below market normal. Keep an eye out for sales as many times they have sales with differing percentages off their regular marked price. Recently I purchased a Stihl weed eater from this business, during one of these sales, and was able to save around $100.00 compared to buying it elsewhere. If we don't like a price or who is working with us we have the option of going elsewhere or coming back at a later time and working with somebody else. This is true for any business. The lady was nice however they are over charging for their items. I went looking for a lawn mower found a very nice one but would only go down on the price $9 There was no bag to the mower and there was no warranty but they wanted to charge $300 out the door and I could go and buy a brand new one for that price. Luckily for me there was a Cash America down the road and I got the exact same lawn mower for only $190 out the door with a 30 day warranty! I highly recommend going to Cash America and not these guys they charge too much!
