I went here for the first time February of 2020. I initially went in for a facial and a consultation. Instead I left with NOTHING done and $350 worth of products. About a month in I saw little change in my skin but about 2 1/2 months in my skin broke out terribly. That’s when the pandemic hit and I wasn’t able to go on person. We did a video chat and she saw how bad my skin had gotten and gave me even more products, almost $500 worth of products. The Obagi skincare that was recommended for me actually stripped my skins barrier leaving it extremely sensitive and inflamed.
