- Updated as of 10/15/2023 - I am happy to inform everyone that all 3 charging stations are operational plus new scannable QR codes stickers were finally replaced. - Here are some extra tips to do with as you please. Newer EV Drivers please save yourself stress and time when coming to this location if you have a EV with the non-circular plug and when you enter and the every first station with the 2 handicap spaces is occupied ask the drivers who’s charging (if they’re even there) how much longer they have. Wait if you want but the other 2 stations have permanent Tesla adapters attached to them so you will not be able to use. Go somewhere don’t waste your time. - Tesla drivers who have adapters please use the stations with the adapters if available so other EVs can driver have the one available. - and if you have a choice Tesla friends use the last station because the the middle station tend to stop randomly and if you don’t keep an eye on it and let’s say you take a nap. When you wake it’ll feel like you’re in a bad dream when you only have a couple of percent charged. - If you come to this location on a Saturday between the hours of 11 pm to 4 am all the spaces to the station with be unaccessable. Save yourself a trip. - EVCS’s 50 kW stations (2 Tesla adapters are installed) and not as a guest. What I can say is the staff is friendly and understanding for my request to use their bathroom has always allowed. Which I so appreciate usually driving from L.A. to Riverside. The hotel is always super clean and to me has an easy comfortable feel if you like that kind of environment.

The check in was not good at all. When I called the hotel to inquire about the room, I was told it was ready. Then when I went to check in, I was told that my room was Not ready. Then to add insult to my irritation, Marlene, miss attitude asked me if I was sure that I called their hotel. Really, wow. Such quality staff they do not have. In addition to the negative check in experience, the computer system of the hotel charged my card 3 times, instead of only once. Brian, was helpful but he didn't resolve my issue or help me figure out why the system of only THIS hotel charged my card 3 times instead of once. Excuse and excuse followed by inane questions and long hold times to speak to a manager. Eric, totally useless, full of excuses why this hotel computer charged my card. Keep me on hold forever why don't you so you can look into nothing that helped me! Vincent, don't you know it's rude to put a customer on speaker, it's adding distance to the way someone feels especially after you have fraudently charged someone's card. The questions that Vincent, had were inane and ridiculous. Really, I was charged for 2 nights then you ask me if I Made changes to the reservation, let's not even mention your heavy accent and inability to pronounce certain words. Good to know that Hyatt has quality People who are educated and easily understood because Vincent, is not one of those people. In addition, my card was charged enough and making an excuse or justification for having to charge my card 2 more times to cover other fees or costs that weren't paid was inexcusable. Your hotel's system made an error and I didn't appreciate Eric's handling of my concerns or wait time. Marlene, you have a bad attitude and if you don't like your job or if you want to be rude, go somewhere else. Brian, you tried but failed to help me. Vincent, poor handling of customers and you don't put someone on speaker. Learn manners and...

We stayed here 2 nights. One elevator was out of service. It looks like from other reviews it's been out of service for a month or more. Made it very inconvenient, especially in times where we were running behind because there was a long wait time. Several times we took the stairs from the 3rd floor. Not everyone has the ability to do that. The customer service was great. Several times we went up to our room and our key did not work. We had to reactivate them around 3 times. That was super frustrating and inconvenient, especially not having a working elevator to get up and down quickly. The room was very spacious. It definitely needs some updating. The toilet ran all day and night. My husband tried to fix it to no avail, but we let the front desk know about it when we checked out. There was an odor to it as well. It smelled like mildew. The lighting was pretty bad. We were attending a wedding and I could barely see enough to put on my makeup and do my hair. There is a mini fridge, but not microwave. They do have one downstairs that can be used, but that's not very convenient. The mattress was way too firm for my liking. It didn't keep me from having a good night's sleep, but I definitely woke up to aches and pains each morning. The location was perfect as the wedding venue was around the corner and within walking distance. The unfortunate part of being in this area was the overabundance of the homeless population. I am sure lots of businesses in the area are affected by this. I am also disappointed in the fact that we have to pay for parking in a lot that doesn't even have enough parking spots for guests. It's not even a parking garage. I think it's ridiculous that hotels are now charging guests for parking. It is expensive enough to have to stay in a hotel, but add $23 per day for parking and that makes it even less affordable. Parking should be an amenity, not an...

I wanted to bring attention to an issue that has yet to be resolved from a booking I recently had this month from Aug 6-8. The room was booked through my company as was there were multiple rooms booked for a company event on the 7th. Despite being out into a handicap accessible room my stay was pleasant and enjoyed the recommended places to eat nearby. I left the room in excellent condition with trash bagged up and had be forgotten an unopened drink in the mini fridge.||I enjoyed the room and even decided to book another stay next week and was checking my credit card statement and saw a charge from the Hyatt. I called the hotel directly and inquired with David what the charge was for and he stated it was due to damage and that his supervisor was gone for the day and that I should call back the next morning to get better details. I called this morning and spoke with David again along with the supervisor Michelle and she stated it was due to a stain on the mattress and as a result my credit card was charged for the deep cleaning. She said she would confirm the details and reach back out to me today and I left my personal cell phone number. She did not reach out despite saying she would by today.||I did not spill anything on either of the two beds which were in the room as all eating and drinking was done at the coffee table. I am disappointed in the lack of service and communication for the charge of something that I didn't even do.||Does the hotel staff have any evidence of the damage such as pictures or videos? Am I supposed to bring hotel staff into the room at checkout to ensure I won't get charged for future visits if I even decide to go back?||Stay away or deal with the stress and anxiety of taking pictures/videos of the condition of your room so you can chargeback for their...
