Phil Foster Park Boat Ramp — Attraction in Riviera Beach

Awesome park but parking lot is crazy. I got here about 30 min after they opened and thankfully got a spot. Had about 6 cars ask me if I was leaving every time I walked through the parking lot. They need to build a parking garage or another lot down the road since so many dumb people that just keep driving in circles to get a spot. Great! Parking on boat ramp, it's either a trailer and also trailer need to have a vehicle, once one person leave the trailer without the vehicle and he paid but anyway, trailer had been given a warning for 24 hrs or will going to be tow.
