I currently live in Robbinsville in a condo and I toured this place recently looking for an updated apartment. The apartment themselves are modern. It reminded me of hotel living with all the amenities available. The actual grounds itself were well kept and beautiful but the complete turnoff for me was the apartment manager who gave me the tour. He made many comments during the tour that made me feel uncomfortable, and that living here would feel more like a chore than a home. In the beginning of the tour he even stated(completely unprovoked), āThereās nice folks in this building, majority of the tenants are white, a few colored, and a few Indiansā. Iām not sure in what world thatās appropriate, but it left such a disdained taste in my mouth that it was hard to focus on anything after that. He proceeded to tell me how they have cameras everywhere so theyāll know everything, and then would continuously contradict himself by saying they try to stay out of peoples business , while spilling to me peoples business when I prompted certain questions. In the middle of the tour someone came inside that he didnāt recognized, and he murmured to himself āugh, now who is thatā ( just appeared to be a visitor of a tenant literally entering the building). He even made a comment regarding āpeople from Sharon Arms come here trying to rent and thatās not the type of person that can afford these places, they donāt last here.ā Iām not sure if his intentions were to run me off but if it was , it worked. I am a younger professional who is beyond qualified income and credit wise to rent from this establishment. I would highly consider not having this Jim character conduct your tours if you donāt want to lose unnecessary business. I ended up going with a completely renovated 2bd 1 bath at the same price point of their 1bedrooms, in the same town, without all the anxiety I received from touring this place. I hate that I am saying this in 2025 but if you are not a white person renting this place I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNice place to stay until you get locked out on a weekend. Keycard to get into my building was elsewhere so I was locked out of the first set of security, called property management after working all night to request a lockout and the supervisor āALā had informed the receptionist to tell me that they will not send anyone out to help me until the next business day being Tuesday July 5th! Current date Sunday July 3rd. *STATED THAT ALL THE MAINTENANCE WORKERS DO NOT WORK ON THE WEEKENDS
I asked if that meant if I should sleep on the ground or in my car until then? The response to it was yeah, they told me maintenance wonāt do anything until the office is in on the next business day.
Thatās 2 and a half days away! That is a totally ridiculous answer. Iāve never encountered such poor management from a property management office before. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THEY DONāT CARE IF YOU ARE LOCKED OUT THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU according to P&A property management on Sunday...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen here six months and love it. Beautiful two bedroom suite with huge windows. Very quiet at night and peaceful during the day. Walk to lake and restaurants. It only gets better with time as the community and the walking sidewalk destinations grow, like drug stores, medical clinic, coffee shops and banks. Very friendly neighborhood with concerts and a farmers market. Great for walking, jogging and bicycling around lake. Our neighbors are young and old and from all...
