I absolutely love this location, Rochester Hills on Walton Blvd The owner is there almost daily and his staff that is there can take care of it when he’s not. He will do almost anything to try too repay you for something you can’t return. He will order things for a regular monthly pickup, so I don’t need to make unnecessary trips from Lyft which is a minimum of 20.00 every time I go. So he works with me really well and he always has a great smile on his face. His staff are incredibly knowledgeable about all the different types of products they sell. They are also very helpful and very happy to just put a smile on your face. They will sit on the floor with you so I can smell all of them and take pics of my favorite ones, her idea btw. I stopped in her to buy a vape 10/20/24 in the morning between 10-11am. I asked one of the women about Mr. Vape ( wild bills doesn’t have consistency with product placement within its stores) she responded as if I should have known. I then asked if she tried any of the product and she said she had tried them all. I asked about some suggestions and she made it seem like it was a task to give me her opinion on the different flavors. Maybe the staff her should be retrained on customer interactions. They are pretty much sales people driving sales of this location. And with customer service like that I doubt I’ll ever come back and spend money at this location....
