I really like their food but I have an ongoing issue that I got hit with again today. I order Cheddar burgers because I like the real cheddar cheese on my hamburger and not the American cheese. I'm very conscious to always ask for a single cheddar burger because if you don't they will charge you for the double. Today I asked asked for a single cheddar burger. The gal asks me, Did you say a Cheddar burger and I say yes. She told me the total and I asked why it was so much but she already had her mic off and didn't respond. There was a young gentleman at the window and he asks, You have the cheddar burger no mayo? And I said yes. I asked him if prices for baskets went up because it is about two dollars more. He said no and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes because I wanted to look at the prices. Upon seeing the receipt I see that I was charged for a double cheddar burger. So I go in and want it corrected as I don't want to eat a double or pay for a double. I was told they don't do refunds anymore. I had to wait for a LONG time for manager to come out and correct it. Mistakes happen but this happens ALOT. I think it's a bit of a deceitful practice to charge people for a double when they want a single burger. Most people when wanting a double burger will ask for a double. If people just ask for a cheddar burger, odds are they are just thinking of a single patty. It's up to the person taking the order to clarify without just putting in a double order. I'd love someone from the store to talk to as this...

Review: Culver’s isn’t just a fast food joint; it’s a life-altering experience. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the scent of deep-fried glory and the promise that you’re about to make some serious decisions. The ButterBurgers are like a love letter to your taste buds, written in melted cheese and a perfectly toasted bun. You won’t even care if the calories have a side hustle, because your mouth is in heaven.
Then there’s the crinkle-cut fries. You know the ones. They’re perfectly seasoned and crispy, like someone looked into your soul and said, "This is what you've been missing." I could probably live off just these fries, but then I’d miss out on the real showstopper—the frozen custard. It’s not just ice cream; it’s a creamy, rich concoction that could solve world peace if we all just shared a cone.
At Culver’s, I don’t just eat—I embark on a full-on culinary experience. You’ll find yourself savoring every bite like it’s your last meal on earth, yet somehow regretting nothing. The staff is so friendly, you almost feel like you’re at a family reunion, except they give you food instead of asking about your love life.
In short, Culver’s is the kind of place where you make bad decisions with a smile on your face and custard on your shirt. It’s perfection in every bite—and while it might ruin your diet, it will absolutely make your day. 5/5, and I’ll see you there, clutching a spoon and pretending I’m not already planning...
