I came to this place because it had good reviews nearby, but everything is wrong here. 1. The first impression was that there was dust everywhere. I came at 10 am when the store opens and everything should be nice and clean, but it was not. 2. They left the front door open with 55 degrees outside. I was cold the whole time. 3. When I was picking the color for my nails, I asked for the ones for dipping powder, and they gave me a basket with the colors it was supposed to be for “dipping powder”. When they brought the color it was regular nail polish and I asked, “do you have this color for dipping powder?” they said yes. All this conversation was with one guy because the girl who was doing my pedicure did not understand what I was asking for. 4. The girl started working on my pedicure and I requested her to “cut my nails short”. She did not understand and a guy had to come translate for her. 5. For my manicure, they switched the girl for another one. She started working on it and I requested for her to “cut my nails short” and she did not understand too. I repeated 3 times until she understood. She brought two different colors of dipping powder to mix and try to match with the color I originally request because the color I picked was not for dipping powder; it was for regular nail polish even though I asked before and they said they had it. 6. When she mixed the two colors it matched but she did not have a decent container to pour the powder. Rather than putting my nails inside the container, she was pouring the powder on the top of my nails. This took longer than usual because she was doing the best she could do. 7. Both girls had to go to other stations looking for utensils because they did not have all they need in their stations. 8. When the girl was using the machine to finish the dipping powder she injured my cuticles and the ending result was some bloody nails and sensitive cuticles. She applied alcohol on my nails to be disinfected and it burned me. The index finger of my left hand ended with 3 white lines I don't know why. My nails are not even. Too many observations, I will not be back.

You get what you pay for ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I had gel x nails that I wanted to get removed, and the way that my nail tech cut them off was painful. The manicure was quick and she didn’t ask how I wanted them cut, so they were a weird shape and at uneven lengths until I asked her to fix them for me. When I got to my car I realized that there was still gel on my nails that were leftover from my extensions, but at that point it was too late to go back and get them fixed. For a manicure with no polish + acrylic removal for $23, I can’t really complain but I’m not too thrilled about my experience there. I’ll see if I can remove the rest of the gel off my nails at home.

Great nail salon! Definitely recommend Sandy!! I usually get really long coffin nails but due to my job I have to get them shorter. I saw a couple reviews on her and decided to give the salon a chance since I am very particular in my nails. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Ive had my nails done twice by her and both times they were perfect! Exactly how I wanted them in regards to shape, length wnd the design! Definitely recommend and even made my mom start going here:)

I've been to Gallery Nails four or five times and have good experiences with various nail technicians. Today was different. I got a new technician who in the process of removing my gel nail polish on my right hand, gouged my nails several layers deep. My now otherwise healthy and strong nails are damaged. When I saw what the technician had done, I asked her to stop. She walked me over to the owner who, while with another client, looked at my nails while I explained what had happened. I was about to walk out the door with my left hand still covered in foil when the owner insisted on removing the gel nail polish off of my left hand nails. She told me that one month is too long to wait between gel nail polish appointments and that is why my nails are damaged. I told her it had been three weeks. She then lectured me that coming in three weeks for a gel nail polish change is too often, and that is why my nails are damaged. She never apologized or took responsibility for her employee. The unedited pictures tell the story. My left hand, the one the owner worked on, is normal. The right hand, that the technician (who never gave me her name) worked on the right hand. As a business owner, if your employee makes a mistake, not only do you own it, but you do not the blame the customer several times. Needless to say, I'm...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is my first time going to this salon so I called to make an appointment and told the lady that I needed either a fill or a full set with Andy and she schedule me at 12:30pm for a fill. I had mentioned a full set just because I wasn't sure if they needed to take off my current set. I arrive to my appointment on time and hear them talk about how they have to take off my nails and Andy was still with a client (I speak vietnamese). I showed them what I wanted and another lady starts popping off my nails in the waiting area.. then they soak off my nails in foils for about 30 mins. At the point where the lady was gonna start doing my nails I was already ready to go. I waited a whole hour and Andy wasn't even going to do my nails like I scheduled with him for a reason. She then tells me to come back tomorrow or later in the day but I work. I obviously schedule it during the time that I am free. I even asked to leave work early today because they could accommodate me at 12:30pm. But what had made me so furious is that Andy had another client come in at 1:30pm. I shouldn't have even paid for the soak off. It was such a waste of my time and I will...
