Smooth transactions and deliciously hot food. The biscuits are freshly baked and not dry or overly salty. This was the smoothest transaction I've ever had at a Popeyes and I highly recommend coming to this one. The staff were courteous and friendly. The chicken was hot and perfectly crispy.

Update 2023: I tried the chicken sandwich, it was a bland flavor, the crunch was good but that's about it. The pickles were sorta off too, they're more fresh though and haven't been sitting in a jar for a long time, so they're crisp.

The blackened chicken sandwich had much more flavor and isn't breaded so it's a much better option.

One downside here is that if you order online they will not call a number so you have to ask for your food every time. I don't know why they do this here. But when I ordered online my food was ready within a minute. Fast and quick service but got colder as they didn't call numbers.

As for the biscuits I feel this place has the less salty version, but I wanted the salt so it didn't taste as good.

Also, the honey isnt pure honey, it's honey and high fructose corn syrup, so think twice before getting the honey. The jellies are also pounced with high fructose corn syrup. It's the lowest quality that I've seen in any chain. I don't recommend it.

When I entered into the store, there was a man’s waiting. I thought he already placed his food order. I started waiting in the line. I was the first person but the man was standing there when I got close to the front the man said ma’am are you going to take my order? His order has not been taken to the cashier who for some reason was for filling online orders for 10 mins before he addressed the man standing directly in front of her and she was the manager smh. The manger had ppl taking orders online but chose to assist no one but walking in circles and claimed to be doing online orders. I waited another 5 mins for the guy in front of me to get his order placed then abruptly the manger left knowing I’ve been waiting almost 20mins to place an order. I waited a few mins and left bc my break was over. I’ve nvr seen a Popeyes...

No way I order 1 spicy chicken sandwich, have 3 people in front of me who take 5 min to be served, then for another 10 minutes the employees just look at me and don't ask me if I have an order. I have to go and explicitly tell them my order that they lost amongst a pile of receipts, and they end up giving me the wrong sandwich as well.

This is the nth time I've been here and it seems like every time, I order just a simple sandwich or so (small order) and don't get greeted, and have to wait 15 minutes before manually asking the employee about my order, even though the people who had been in front of me didn't need to manually ask about their order and had their orders done in like 5 minutes.

What is the point of putting a mobile order in ahead of time if I have to wait 15 minutes and explicitly ask...
