Dont go here. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE here today. I dropped off a Silver Bracelet for repair last Tuesday June 30th. Was told it was repairable, (band snapped in 2) and would be ready by that coming Saturday.

I told the lady, I would be in the following Tuesday as I had to work Saturday, and they are closed Sundays.

I went to pick the bracelet today, no phone calls from them the whole time, to come to find out they burned, and destroyed my bracelet - Jewler said "Solder became too hot, and heat traveled through bracelet" I looked at him and said "this is now trash, how horrible!" I gave them 30 seconds to make me some sorta offer, apology, and NADA. I grabbed the bracelet and walked out. I will never recommend this place or step foot in here again. Mistakes happen, but the lack of service, making the situation better, or simply an appology - seems like they just want your money. Very happy with my experience here! I was calling places to look for an engagement ring resizing that I could have done the same day I dropped off. When I called this store, the owner said to come on in and the price depended on the exact ring requirements. After seeing good reviews, I took a shot and run over. The owner was very friendly and helpful, telling me that he could resize my ring by almost 1 size in 30 min. It was $110, which I think is a good price since he took off part of the white gold and re-tightened the diamonds on the side. It did take 30 min to finish, and I asked about getting it appraised after. He was honest, and said the location where my partner bought it should do it for free (we didn't know that's normal).

In addition to the speediness, I greatly appreciate how honest the owner is; he could have made more money by appraising my ring but told us we should get it for free from the original store. We will be coming back for future needs, and will recommend...
