Look everyone reading these reviews the good ones and bad ones.. As you can see all the bad review given are from people that seem to always complain.. I myself have spent thousands of dollars in different audio stores from Car toys to their family owned ones. And after many trips to see the owner from this store I decided to let him and his crew work on my 2019 truck. I don’t give many reviews because I don’t even find the bad places worthy of my time to review. But with that been said if you want the honest truth no sugar coating Come see Cleo and his crew.. I spent a few hrs there listening to them talk. After hearing everything and with my experience of multiple sound system installations I knew they didn’t just talk a big game he actually knew his Stuff!! Some people might not like his writing skills or his way of talking but I say this from my experience if you get your feelings hurt from his way of being honest. Then go where they will just agree with you and you still end up being unhappy!! The owner on my multiple visits said nope not enough power wrong amp wrong subs.. Then I was like ok I’ll test them to see what he sales me he did t sale me anything but instead showed me how to fix my issue I had.. A normal place would charge 45-65 dollars he did fast and Free. So a few months later I updated my system again and he told me what I needed and sold me my amp but he didn’t push the amp he suggested. And even stayed late to install my system with his tech. And did the finishing sound check himself!! This all started back in 2018 with 2019 truck! They keep it real and blunt and don’t offend him buy shopping his stuff on amazon because when you buy it and it doesn’t work it’s not his fault!! Cleo and crew thank you! Not impressed with any aspect of this company. Stopped in one day after visiting Car Toys next door. Worked out a deal with Basil for a radio and install. He told me that radio would take a couple of days to come in from his supplier but that they did have it in stock. Told him to order it and the required components. Three days later I hadn’t heard anything so I called Basil to check on the status of the order. When he answered it took him a minute to remember who I was, which left me with an uneasy feeling. He did not have an update for me and I requested an update the next day. 48 hours later I still did not have an update from Basil, so I called the store. Basil answered and again it seemed like he didn’t remember me. After I reminded him of the information, dates, pricing, etc he “remembered”. He checked his emails and gave me an estimated delivery date that was 7 days away. Never got a follow up and I, the customer, had to chase down a salesperson to find out this information. Pretty disappointing. Basil did offer to sell me a display unit for a discounted price but if I wanted a used radio I would have checked Craigslist or FB Marketplace. Bottom line, Basil lost my trust, my respect, and my business. I never felt that my business was important and that I was even remembered. I found the radio package I was after at two different companies for less money and with available next day install appointments.

Basil could have saved this situation but he instead seemed to be bothered by it.

Maybe I just expect too much out of sales people but, then again, it is my money and my vehicle...

When I first started going there back on 11/20/18 I listen to them speak to other customers and listen them how they could design a system, how there were no boundaries of what they could do all you had to do is give them your ideas and your budget and it was absolutely amazing what they (Cleo) could put together. Awesome environment very comfortable kinda like a cheers environment alot of fun with impeccable 5 star service. I started with a plain Jane 2013 Chevy Avalanche LS Black Diamond Edition Black as you can see in the pics what they turned this into was something very special and definitely a head turner. I loved the awesome work the do there that I took my Dodge there and they turned into something very nice. I have been going there for the past year almost daily and I have seen so many designs and the look on customers faces how happy and pleased they were that if you haven't been there it's must go place because they do it all but just Stereos bot they can design something with in your budget that you can be proud of it happened to me. Cleo the owner has made sure down to the fine details that you were completely happy and along this journey he has become one of my best friends you could ask for.
