The Loyola Park playground is a large playground directly next to the Loyola Park Beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. It features a large play structure for older children and a smaller structure for younger children. Beach lifeguards in the summer make me feel good about my teenager swimming with her friends while my little one keeps me busy. Clean playground. Bathrooms are next to the playground which is a big deal with a little one. Free parking is kind of easy to find on weekdays.
