This post is for the visitors and locals who might be thinking of trying this place. On the outside it looks cute and “aesthetic,” but the way things are handled in the back is honestly unsafe. The drinks are so messed up sometimes and extremely contaminated because the drink tastes so off and doesn’t even taste like an actual fruit that I wanted, the watermelon milk tea tasted like glue, so thick and gooey. Also, the ramen is misleading. The miso and shoyu that they say can be “vegetarian” actually has meat extract in their ready-made paste…like bruh. And what makes this even scarier is seeing little kids, 3 or 4 years old, drinking and eating from here while the place cuts corners like this. On top of the food issues, the manager or the owner is openly racist and toxic. He makes horrible comments about Black people. It creates a disgusting and hostile environment for staff and reflects the complete lack of respect in how this place is run. People with dietary restrictions, food allergies, or even just families who care about food safety are being misled. It’s not just sloppy, it’s dishonest and hateful at its core. Please be cautious if you’re thinking about eating here. I’m a regular and a very close friend of someone who worked here. Honestly after, they told me this, I would never go to a place like this. It creates a very negative environment. If anyone wants more information, you can reach out to me directly but for now, I think it’s important enough to at least put this...

Don’t go here, they have terrible service.

I visited this restaurant 2 days in a row while staying at a friend’s house. The wifi was down at my friend’s place, so I went there to work. I would always order something to drink and always tipped.

The first day, I brought my water bottle to the counter and asked for them to fill it (the water at my friend’s place tasted pretty sour and I really needed the hydration). When I asked a young woman working there, she filled up my water bottle. But when I asked a man who worked there, he insisted on giving me a tiny cup instead, or on only filling up my water bottle halfway, all while mumbling something under his breath about it. Why? It made me feel like he had a personal problem with me and wanted to fight with me about every little thing. Other bars and restaurants don’t usually have a problem with it.

I tried visiting them again on a third day. I arrived fifteen minutes before they opened, so as I waited, I sat outside and started to work on some things on my laptop. And they cut off their wifi! I feel like they’re just really petty. It should have been obvious that I was waiting for them to open and wasn’t just trying to freeload. They lost a paying...

BEWARE!! This restaurant is unsafe!!!

A while back I was eating my meal from Tai Chi Bubble Tea when I suddenly noticed a very odd feeling inside of my mouth. I spit the food out and discovered a big chunk of yellow plastic. The plastic was in my food and I almost ate it!

I did complain to the restaurant and they apologized and gave me a gift card.

I gave them another chance a few months later with that gift card. I was in the midst of eating their subpar food and yet again I found another piece of plastic in the food!!! This time it was a clear piece of plastic. Unbelievable and totally unacceptable!

I have always been completely respectful to the workers there so they have no reason to be putting plastic in my food. The first time seemed like an accident, but the fact that it happened a 2nd time makes me very suspicious. I took pictures both times, and the city has been notified.

Their food is mediocre at best, and their kitchen obviously struggles with the fundamentals. If they can’t even keep plastic out of the food just imagine how disgusting their...

This place exceeded almost all of my expectations for my first ventures into eating ramen. The staff was very nice, delicious milk teas, the spicy miso ramen was great and spicy (🌶️🌶️), and the crab Rangoon was—and I’m not exaggerating—the best I’ve ever had. They were very full and actually tasted like a great combination of crab and cream cheese. I can’t wait to come back and keep trying things 🤤 I got a mango milk tea with lychee boba and it was so tasty. I’m not a big boba drinker but that would make me a convert. Other great items of note: beautiful atmosphere, outlets at booths if you need to do some work, and cute gifts for purchase! The only reason I’m docking a star is because the texture of the pork across two visits was not desirable. Very fatty and hard to chew. In the future I’ll get pork broth and chicken meat

Always love coming here. The space is open, light, & clean, with a vibrant air. The food is always delicious, and there is a large selection of drinks with a multitude of add-on options, making fer innumerable combinations that you can keep coming back ta try. Service is a little slow, but it feels more like, "We're taking our time ta do this right" than it does anything negative, so we never mind the wait. Just take note if you're in a hurry cuz if you are, you may wanna make a different choice. The prices are median ta low, so coming won't break the bank, and their offerings are definitely worth the price; we've never come away feeling cheated, or as if we've wasted our money. If you haven't been I definitely recommend you give it a shot and if you HAVE been, I recommend repeat visits, so you can try more stuff!

Nice atmosphere perfect for students, groups of friends or a date. Nice assortment of hot and cold teas as well as milk teas or smoothies with boba, jellies or popping pearls. You can also control the amount of sugar in your drink if you'd like. They serve ramen, poke bowls and sushi burritos. I was impressed at the quality of the ramen for a bubble tea shop. My poke bowl was a little underwhelming though. I struggled to find the salmon in my bowl and it was very wet. But seriously, that ramen. So good! The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a large table in the back perfect for groups or students working on a project. Also, they have board games and sketch books available for you to use.
