Let me just start out by saying I love coming here, I have been coming here for over a year at this point. Every body is usually very upbeat and happy people to be around. Today on July 4th I can not say that though. When I walked in they where not busy at all got right up to the counter and started telling the lady right off the bat what I wanted because to speed things up. I always know my pricing and what I want when I go in. I started explaining to the lady what I wanted and how much it said it was on my online price from the website. There was aditude right off the bat for no reason. Kept my cool countiued to be nice. I had a question to asked about the product and my discounts. To witch I got half way through the question and was cut off once aging with aditude. Another budtender was called over to check the pricing. When trying to explain to the new lady that was over there the other lady literally took off and was like I'm not deal with this and walks off. I said did I do something wrong I was simply asking questions what did I do wrong. While filling like I was the wrong in the wrong I started crying and asked the new lady what happened because I was confused as to what I had done I said I'm sorry I'm crying I have a panic disorder and when made to feel like I wrong I get upset I'm sorry. To witch she replies additudes(keep in mind there are cameras that are audio and video you can see there was no additudes from me )where high all the way around maybe it was just a misunderstanding. No ma'am there was no need for her to act that way twords me. The whole situation was made out to be my fault. As I'm leaving the budtender that has to help me because the other couldn't take the questions I was asking says to me I know your in here all the time I know you are friendly and I know this isn't you I hope your day gets better. No I'm sorry for the way she treated you that was uncalled for or nothing. I DID NOTHING WRONG . I even had another budtender come over while I was standing at the counter crying and tells me sorry. that she deals with me a lot and she knows that this was not me and that the situation was uncalled for on the first bud tinders behalf. When asked for the store mangers number to get a hold of her I was told that that would not be given out that I could get her email that is fine I sent the email and am currently waiting to hear back. Not to mention on the website it says that swade strives to have a safe comfortable environment and I'm sorry but today I was made to feel very uncomfortable and with the way the first budtender was acting I definitely didn't feel safe either. Not to mention right before I left the first budtender who has cussed all of this comes back out of the office and says oh God she is steal here I'm not dealing with her. Read moreTried to tell my father-in-law that he had a DoorDash order and was treated like I was trying to break in. I don't want to go inside your smelly store, it quite literally smells like a skunk died. I just wanted to hold the door open and tell him and they called security on me. Thank God that security is reasonable, unlike the front desk lady who could not even do the simple task of calling him up front.
Unprofessional way to run any business. I told her my business and she proceeded to lie and act absolutely bizarre. "Someone call security! She's trying to go in through the door! SECURITY" While I had stated beforehand I just wanted to hold it open for a couple seconds WHEN SHE ASKED ME. Instead of doing your job, you impeded upon my father-in-law's very important business whilst he has been a loyal patron since this place was Good Day Farms.
He did not deserve that, and I did not deserve to be treated as some robber-type person. Because of you, he could have very well lost that order. But lady you didn't think about that. You should be ashamed and they should either fire you or demote you and put someone far more professional up there. You were anal for zero reason.
Never before the switch from GDF to Swade would any of the front desk ladies had a problem with me popping the door open real quick and saying "Hey, Dad, you got an order" and then shutting it and walking away. Instead this new woman had to make a whole scene, and she accomplished nothing other than irking this man who has been a loyal patron for years before I ever even met him. Read moreI’m changing my review back to like a 4 star review. Just because the staff is generally super cool up here and I feel bad for leaving a bad review for as much as I come up here. I will say though this place had a way better selection before they got traded and rebranded. To be honest I think GDF generally has a better selection. I will often times try to stop there when I’m up there for work as to coming here if possible. Like I said don’t take it as a bad thing I’m still up here 2-3 times a week. I feel like most complaints are about the selection from my friends. This isn’t really a Swade problem though as as it is a Missouri dispensary problem. The selection we have in Missouri for the price is awful to be honest. Visiting other shops in Colorado and Detroit they are light years ahead of us here. I would say if you smoke wax this place mostly has some hybrids mostly sinse products also. Flowers good and a good selection. They have good pre- rolls but use to be better to be honest. The carts use to be better also. You guys should bring back Rove again. Bunch of people like those. I’m not in the industry so i don’t think a lot of it makes sense.
