Went today and used their drive-through which I thought was cool at first, I had never seen one at a subway before. Everything seem to be going fine, I paid got my two sandwiches and went home but upon returning home which is a 30 minute drive from Rolla, I noticed that both of my cold cut combos only had bread and meat and no other toppings, Which was odd because I know I put toppings on both sandwiches since every time you click on toppings on the screen in the drive-through It asks if you want light regular or heavy toppings. So when I get home and realize that this is not what I ordered, we called up to the subway told them what was going on and asked if there was anything that could be done, The girl who answered was very passive aggressive , and said that she was the one who made the sandwich's , and there were no toppings showed on the screen, to which we replied There has to be some sort of error on your end because we know for a fact that we did choose toppings. She then put us on hold so she could talk to her manager when she got back she said that the manager wanted us to bring the sandwiches back up there and that they weren't sure there was anything they could do for us we tried to explain how far away we lived and if we could possibly come up tomorrow but were told we could not do that. Overall, just don't go here there are a lot of subways in Rolla who are much nicer and willing to help you when they mess up. Her manager completely ignored her rudeness her lack of anything you could think of to the human race. If she doesn’t like doing her job, she shouldn’t be working there . I picked up my order, got home and realized that my sandwiches were made very poorly. Lacking toppings and meat on both of my sandwiches. I tried to eat my sandwich, and it just wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered the most amount of spinach that you can on the app, and I received hardly any. I only got 4 cucumber slices on a footlong sandwich. I also had barely any sauce. I didn’t order light anything. My other sandwich, for my husband, lacked meat and mayo. He ate his, but was displeased. I couldn’t eat my sandwich the way it was, so I returned to the store. I was just wanting my sandwich remade, because of it being a holiday I understand mistakes happen, things get overlooked. The manger who helped me, Ross, was so kind and very quickly solved my issue.
