Goodwill Store and Donation Center — Attraction in Roosevelt Park

My first intial visit was last night ,April 3rd..I walked in at 14 mins before knowing that they were closing as its posted outside the store. So I walked in a this older brown hair lady at the register, yells "we close in 10 mins " one, right off the bat I was like wow what a greeting to say to some one..two you could of said it more politely. Then further more I looked at my watch that said 14 mins to closing so I replied to this woman, 10 mins you close? My watch says 14 mins till? She just stares at me and I went to the ladies wear ro look for Jean's. I found a pair that I liked and thought we I can try them on tm, I'll come back to get them since wasn't much time to try them on. So as I left she was all to happy to say, thank you for coming in as I left. So today I went back and looked for the jeans which I found for $4.99, a great deal. I was looking for the rude lady from last night to report her to a mgr, u didn't see her so I proceeded to check out. The young lady I believe her name was Karen, was very friendly to me and changed my attitude to a better experience.. I told her ty and left happily with my purchase. I hope she gets recognized for doing a job well done and treating her customers with respect and being nice..ty so much Karen appreciate you and your help..oh also she was the only one that greeted me also when I walked in. Several associates passed me in shopping and didn't even acknowledge I was there..think you need some better workers there in my opinion..a 5 star to Karen but the rest are a 1...

Story is clean and well kept. The staff is always friendly. Prices are right on with other Goodwill stores. This is a smaller location but they pack a lot within its walls. I don't know the workers name but she looks like Joan Cusack, she is always so nice and makes me have a better day when...

This is a small Good Will store for me. Their stock was limited. Very few dvds and cds. I did not see any signs with weekly sales of color tags hanging around. I did not look at the clothes, though, as I needed to be somewhere else soon. Their staff was helpful and friendly. Plenty of...
