I've seen three plays here and have had the opportunity to sit in three different sections of this small theater with the front row of seats on the same level (floor) as the stage. The front row gives you a more intimate feel for simple productions but does not afford an overall view of more complex layouts with changing sets. The seats are very narrow with little leg room. I had knee replacement surgery fairly recently and, after a 2 1/2 hour production, I felt the pain for some time.
