Muchas Gracias Mexican Food — Restaurant in Roseburg

One of my favorite things about this place (besides the great tasting food, and the Ginormous portions, and the More than reasonable prices) is the niceness of an Absolute Jewel named Serenidad. Thank y'all for bringing her on board, and making her part of the team. Well Done!!! She has the Kindest Soul Ever! She has helped me several times and Everything that she has suggested ~ tasted Amazing! I Always look forward to partaking in delicious (fast food type of) Mexican cuisine at this location! Everyone whom I've brought here, with me, enjoyed it! I love telling my friends about this place :) Also, (side note) the bathrooms have Always been clean and smell like lemon/freshness. Fantastic Pork Adobadas plate! I also got a side of grilled jalapenos and onions and it was served with a really nice spice mix and was properly cooked (translucent onions). It is refreshing to see a Mexican restaurant serve this traditional side dish instead of pretending to know how to cook it and serving undercooked or unseasoned ones. The pork portion was huge and so tangy and good. I got it with whole pinto beans, rice, pico, lettuce and some guacamole. I like their salsas also, the red one is hot and really good. They have construction going on the street outside, and it's pretty major and loud, this is getting in the way of the business for them, but it will probably be done...

Had an excellent experience here yesterday. Warm friendly greeting, enticing menu lit up on the wall and after that a very delicious chorrizo burrito and potatoes topped with cheese and sour cream. I was given containers of two different very hot sauces that I asked for and they added a very nice kick. The atmosphere was really relaxing and inviting and nice place to cool off on a hot day. No way of telling, unless you knew, that it was a greasy KFC just a couple months ago. Portions were so generous I couldn't finish, and I usually finish everything. Had to box some of it up.
