I order a very simple drink and have gone there for 6 years. I just ask for NO water in my Iced Americano..add ice last.. and get it half sweet with cream. It’s turned into a big deal, and I have had a lot of their employees treat me poorly because they can’t remmeber my drink, even though I nicely explain it every time. The owner tells me this is the opposite of how she trains them to make Americanos, which is fine.. but shouldn’t it be whatever the customer orders? I’ve NEVER gotten upset if they couldn’t remember it, because they always have new girls working and such a high turnover rate. I won’t be spending anymore of my money there. I used to go atleast 5 days a week..for 6 YEARS atleast!! ..AND bought more than one drink every time I went. Taking my coffee business elsewhere now. Plenty of other coffee shops to go to. Too many phone calls and too much drama for a cup of joe for me. It’s too bad how terrible customer service has gotten. Used to be that businesses wanted happy customers. Now it’s not that way. The owner wants to tell me that I HAVE to write my coffee order down on a card and give it to the girls every time I order coffee. Read moreI switched from Dutch bros to Java run to support local but they put hardly any ice in anything, even the blended drinks are liquefied in 10 minutes in an air conditioned car. It's quite frustrating. We have been getting the drinks, and bringing them home, adding more ice and immediately into a thermos or a blender then a thermos. Even if you say extra ice, make me a 16 oz in a 24 oz cup so there's room for the ice (they charge you for the cup) there's still no ice I don't get why they don't put more ice in the summer especially. Also prices are all over. Get charged something different everytime I order the same things. Also I see some people have been offered free drinks for long waits, never happened to me. In a time where people tend to be rude and defensive over mistakes the staff and management at Java Run were courteous and respectful. That is why we keep going back... Oh, and their drinks are fantastic! In Roseburg we have other coffee huts with burnt bitter coffee that no amount of flavorings can cover up and huts with such bland drinks you can't distinguish between the flavorings.
