My daughter’s 11th birthday was at this facility today. I am very disappointed to say the least. I arrived to check in for my party around 3:15. Luckily, most of my guest had already arrived. I began communicating with the 1st party attendant Angel and although he wasn’t super inviting he was answering my questions. Shortly after my arrival a different party attendant took over. I do not recall his name but he was young (as was most of the staff) and Hispanic with curly hair. He seemed unenthusiastic and wasn’t attentive. When I asked questions he acted as if I was inconveniencing him, he was asking my guests who they were here for when they had already been standing there since 3pm and I had already attempted to tell him no one has been given wrist bands. That was strike #1. Then he seemed confused about my party and another. He and another boy kept looking at the logistics paper confused. One of the boys literally looks at me and says “ dang whoever booked your party did you dirty”. Then we were suddenly moved into the Ninja Warrior room before my entire party being abruptly up and moved to the traditional inflatable room with staff claiming we were in the "wrong room”. The same boy tried to tell me that I wasn’t booked for a Ninja Warrior party when I actually in fact was. So once they figured out THEIR error my guests were moved back to the correct room. That was strike #2. In the mix of all my annoyance and aggravation with this place, party attendant Sahmir and a taller attendant of perhaps Middle Eastern descent were friendly and attempted to help. They were kind, added glow in the dark for free, and acted as the middle man between myself and the “manager” we hadn’t seen yet. Then 4:30 rolled around and I noticed we weren’t moving into the party room. When I went to check in, I noticed we were set up in Room B when I was told we were scheduled to be in Room C which was the largest of rooms. I had 18 kids plus accompanying adults. They had all 18 kid plates crammed at two small picnic style tables, 1 table for adults and 1 for food. When I questioned why I wasn’t in my correct room I was told Party Room C was a “ mess” after the previous party and they couldn’t flip the room fast enough so they “ just” put me in B. I had close to 40 people kids and adults and party Room C had twice as many tables and more space. So after requesting the manager AGAIN we finally spoke to a young guy who looked like a teen no more than 20. I outlined everything that had happened and my dissatisfaction. They go ahead and flip the rooms again to make it correct but doing so plus the previous errors delayed my party that was scheduled to end at 515 to 545 instead. Moreover the pizza and adult catered food was lukewarm from the mishaps. This was strike 3. When it came time to pay the bill the " manager " took 1 adult pie off my bill and a measly $50 dollars. He threw in some vouchers for open jump but honestly I don’t plan on returning. It’s sad because I am a educational administrator and most guest were parents just as confused and frustrated with the disorganization as I was. My daughters party was a disorganized mess.

We had our daughter Dakota Nardone‘s seventh birthday party there at 2 PM. And we were disappointed for several reasons. When you’re in the front waiting for your guests arrive, there’s the claw machines that you have to pay additional to use. We bought a couple, but we didn’t buy enough for everyone. We didn’t know that would be an add-on or something extra that we would have to pay. Then when we went into the first room we didn’t know we would have to pay for the hurricane experience. I had to keep telling my husband Mark to get me 2 dollars cash for each session. With the amount of money we’re paying for the whole experience that was annoying and took away from me enjoying the time with my daughter. Then all the kids, including my daughter they had on short sleeve shirts kept getting burns on their elbows. ( see pics) We had to ask for Band-Aids. I wish I would’ve known that the kids should’ve worn long sleeve shirts to keep from getting burned. The service of the pizza and cake was not to par. I had to go around the whole time and make sure everyone had napkins, plates and refills. I assisted and making sure their hands and face for cleaner, sending them over to the sink. I understand the staff were young and they were very friendly, but I think they need to be trained on the ins and outs of assisting young kids. Also, during the whole experience, even though the two staffers were friendly they DID NOT interact much with the kids. The male assistant disappeared for a while, and while they answered my questions and were there when I needed them, I expected them to be more interactive with the children especially my daughter. Finally, they had a grand entrance for Dakota entering the big birthday room and she didn’t like it. A lot of kids are shy and don’t like all the attention with yelling their names and having them come in last. I understand why you do it but I think that should be something should tell the parents about upfront on that phone call so they can decide if they want that type of birthday entrance. I paid almost $900 including $100 tip for a disappointing experience 😔 Emailed them but never received a response.

Amazing place for children to exert insane energy while listening to fun loud music and going from inflatable to inflatable. We had our daughter’s 6th birthday here today and while it was awesome, I will note a few things that as someone in a customer service based industry, has to share. Unfortunately the AC was not working at all in the first room we were in. Was really miserable for adults, but more so for toddlers. Things happen, but perhaps some stand up fans should have been put in or on hand as backup should something like this occur. The second room (larger one with balloon drop) was perfect. Luckily it was so refreshing after the first room. Then the food room had zero AC- also a huge uncomfortable issue for kids and parents. In any event, I am glad that I cut each room down by 10 minutes so that the time in the food room wasn’t rushed, As kids eat slower and roam around etc, parents wanted photos. Videos, time to get gift bags and treats, etc. I also want happy that the food room was barely ready 10 minutes before I wanted us to go in, as I went in myself and started rushing to set up and lay out the goodie bag table the way I wanted, along with custom desserts I ordered. I made my own goodies bags and had pump it up put their water bottles filled with candies inside my goodie bags. Also, I was told that table cloths would be provided for the kids table, but that wasn’t the case. Not a big deal as I brought 3 of my own as well and it looked way nicer with the pink plates I asked for. Overall, the staff tried hard in the food room to engage the kids a few times, but better organization is needed forsure, as well as a plan in the event the AC goes out. Food we ordered was excellent and the ice cream cake was delicious as well. Super fun place- will definitely be back, but please have better organization and understanding of time, so parents aren’t scrambling as much. Thank you!

This has been the best birthday party my daughter has had thus far! I was fortunate to land a Labor Day 1/2 off special, so i opted for the 25+ kids package to accommodate our family and friends. I thought I might have been in over my head but NO WAY! Every single guest of ours stated how nice the place was, how much fun their child had, and how good the pizza was! My staff inside of the bounce rooms were so on point. From the beginning they took full control of the group and kept the kids entertained, even before entering the rooms. Once in the rooms, I was asked what type of music to play and they were on it! The kids spent a good amount of time dancing! The staff played games with the children, awarding the winners with a prize ticket that they exchanged for a gift at the end of the party. My father even had a ball... see pics included of him racing my uncle down one of the slides. Once in the second room we had a glow party so the kids were even more turnt up. The highlight (for me at least) was the balloon drop which I added to the package for $50 and it was well worth it! They danced the "Cha Cha Slide" and on the part where he yells "freeze! Everybody clap your hands!" the balloons fell from the ceiling and the kids went bananas!! I felt like I was Mom of the year, no lie. Then all the guests were asked to go into the party room (where pizza and cake are served) and Madison (the bday girl) waited outside. The guests inside chanted her name until she came in and everyone applauded once she did. My daughter felt like such a star. It was the greatest experience I've had as a mom throwing birthday parties and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to book a party or group event! I plan to attend an open bounce which i will review separately but there's no doubt in my mind that the experience will mirror our outstanding birthday party. So thank you so much to all of the staff at Pump it Up Roselle... especially the manager who was beyond helpful with my booking... and the lead attendant who was so personable and accommodating throughout the party. I apologize for not remembering both of their names but i will come back and edit once I find out.

FYI-- i'm glancing at some of the other reviews on the side and I will state that the hosts were very mindful of all of the kids present, however i did have just about as many adults as kids which could have been a factor. Also, there was NO funk smell at all, and none of my guests complained either. It was very sanitary and smelled like, i'dunno, bouncey houses? LOL.. This place's aesthetic just SCREAMS "KIDS.FUN!!* and I would absolutely plan a...

At a kids party yesterday. The employees transferred the childrens shoes from the first room to the second room. During this transfer, some punk ripped off and stole the charm on a childs crocs.

This is in response Pump it ups owners respone. I called the facility today and the manager who answered said the owner reviewed the cameras and did not see anything. If it was in fact true that the cameras were reviewed today then you would probably know exactly what this point is referring to. This now makes me question whether the owner checked the cameras today, otherwise this would not have been your response and I would not have to be explaining this on this platform. Conflicting information is being shared because the shoes were transferred by the employees from the first room to the second room, as we were told during the party. The manager today stated the entire cubby was moved, however my shoes were in a different cubby in the first room than in the second room. If I knew these are the types of people employed there I would not have left my belongings there and kept them on me the entire time. No it did not fall off, it was on securely and you can see that it was literally ripped off the shoe. A part off it is still in the shoe. It is sad and a ashame that someone would rip a charm off someones shoe, innocent children, nonetheless. Guests entrust their belongings on the hangers and shoe cubbies but have to be worried that their belongings go missing, rather than enjoying the party. Obviously, it is not the fact of a charm because that is replaceable. it is the fact that the facilities employees cannot be trusted. Prior to making this statement, I performed due diligence and checked my cameras which showed the charm on the shoe arriving to your place. During our time there, my camera and pictures show it is no longer there. It is my understanding that this is is not the first time guests belongings go missing. The party I attended was a loyal client of yours that has invited me to multiple parties there. Your manager whom told me you checked the cameras today. It is hard to believe that the manager claimed that the owner checked the cameras today but you have no idea what I am talking about. I appreciate that you are willing to check the cameras and address this sitution. I arrived at the facility at 9:45 am on Sunday. I left my contact information to day and was actually awaiting a call back from the...
