Walgreens — Local services in Roselle

Female employee (Latina skinny, dont know her name) pretty much didn't want to help us. We came there to take passport photos and 3 times she pretty much told us that she couldn't help us because they were "swamped " with people. There was probably just 5 costumers in the whole store. We politely told her we would wait but still she clearly had an attitude. When it came to pay I asked her if she could divide the bill so me and my friend could pay separate. She literally told me she could not cancel the order she had put on the screen bruh, so you are telling me that if I were to simply say I don't want anything your computer is now useless because you "cannot cancel the order"? I dont think so. She just wanted us to get out of there. Just mean...

If I could give 0 star, I would. This must be the worst Walgreens I have been. I had an appointment the first day to get some vaccines, only for me to get there and they didn’t have the vaccine. They said they were gonna order it and I made another appointment 2 weeks out. Now I’m here for more than 3 hours waiting (I’m not even exaggerating) just to get a vaccine that only takes less than a minute to administer. It is so ridiculous. It would understand if they were taking care of other customers but hey others were also waiting around like I was. They had up to 6 staff members at the back of the counter and they all were just moving so slow. They do not respect...

Cost to much , there a dollar general right near it and i wanted to buy shampoo and conditioner it cost me 3 dollars more at walgreen , and i also bought a cape from there it was low quality it felt like a cape made of a bag that u get when you buy stuff , if i wanted that I would of bought something similar to that for what 1-2 dollars but that thig cost me 10 dollars, not just that i wanted a refund and the guy on the phone said all I need is the item and receipt, i went and then i think the manager said i needed something like the cover of it and i came the next day and then they say I couldn’t get a refund...
