Royal Fitness — Attraction in Ross Township

Absolutely terrible. My wife and I were members of charter fitness for years. When one more gym took over we were told our memberships would be canceled and we can sign up with one more gym for a higher price. We didn't want to leave but We didn't like the way this was being handled. After a month we realized we were still being charged again we were told we would be canceled and that month refunded. 3 months later money still being taken out. Finally got in contact with a manager who told me the best he could do was cancel our membership and nothing would be refunded. That is the absolute least you can do. Even after telling me they fired that employee because he gave a lot of people wrong information. They even sent me emails saying we want you back but the manager said he didn't see anything where our memberships was canceled. I even wanted to go back but you will never get another penny from me. ATTENTION OWNERS: THE PRICES FOR EVERY 6 MONTHS HAVE GONE UP TO OVER $70 BUCKS WITH THE MONTHLY RATE OVER $40 BUCKS. YOU GUYS HAVE TO BE CAREFUL AND CONSIDERATE OF THE FEW CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE LEFT SEEING AS 2 GREAT GYMS HAVE POPPED UP WITH NICE EQUIPMENT, EXCELLENT 👌 EXTRAS AND LOW, LOW, PRICES. Good place to workout, with a good group of guys and girls, its more like a afterwork family atmosphere, they are in the process of renovating to make it bigger they plan on creating a side for UFC training which is cool so you can get a well rounded workout regimen I have been hear for awhile now and never had any issues to date the membership is decent at around 15 dollars a month for an individual there was a yearly fee but im not totally sure if that still applies due to the gym being under new management. The gym is now a 24 hour gym which wasn't the case when it was charter fitness, but im willing to stick around and see what this new company brings.
